Doesnt look spacious and private? Think again!!

We had 3 family's stay in this 4 bedroom 4 full bathroom house for a week. When you first walk in , on the right hand side is like a small apartment separated from the house. To the left is the sliding glass door to enter the living room. Rooms were very clean and roomy. Bedrooms are far apart that it seemed we all had our own little house that we rented. We bought shower curtains because of another persons post about them needing changed after each renter, and we did in fact end up having to use the ones we brought. One thing that made it not so welcoming was the laminated signs sitting everywhere that we thought would be common sense and shouldn't have to be posted, like , do not sit on the beds or furniture wet. Kind of common sense. This house is so worth the rental price. It's just a few minute car ride from Disney, restaurants, flee markets, and other attractions. Hopefully our family gets a chance to go to Florida again because we will for sure be seeing if this house is available for the time we need it for. The pool is relaxing and lots of chairs outside on the patio for people to sit. The neighborhood is quiet and in a gated neighborhood. Wish our vacation hadn't wnded so soon.

we've found our favorite vacation spot!

Floor plan of the house was perfect traveling with our four young adult children, everyone had their own space, but with plenty of room for all to relax in the living area or by the pool. The pool area is wonderful, private and easily accessible from all areas of the house- so much better than dealing with community crowds and strict swimming hours- coming home from the parks after close and being able to take a late night swim was one of their favorite activities. Everyone has already unanimously voted on returning to the villa next year! Thank you to Antony and Gold Star for helping us to make wonderful family memories.

best floor plan possible for kids who can swim!

Great value for all we got. Located close to the Main Gate of Epcot and Magic Kingdom. Incredible floor plan for Grandparents with a daughter and her husband and their children. They even offered to let us bring our pets. The enclosed swimming pool that was very kid friendly with the rest of the house wrapped around it was a hugh plus as the kids always had something fun to do and we could keep an eye on them from literally every room in the house! The low price made it understandable that it was a bit dated and needed a few updates like replacing carpet in one room, some needed repainting and not much in the way of paper products, toiletries, cooking staples and the rusting out door furniture. We did have plenty of towels, including beach towels, good linens and everything was very clean except for the shower curtain liners. When you consider what we did have for the price we paid then I would say just be prepared to overlook a few things and bring your own paper products and kitchen staples. I would only suggest the owners could provide clean shower curtains between customers, remove the rusted outdoor furniture and one chair with the broken back and change the carpet in the one remaining room out to tile and you are more than fantastic. Excellent place for our dream Disney vacation with our grandchildren! It was truly magical and your place was perfect for us and our budget. Thank you!

Great Stay

We drove to Florida from California on our family cross country trip. After being in Hotels it was so nice to get to this house. The house is nice and big. We had two families staying here and it was nice to have some privacy. One family was at one end of the house then you have the dining room, kitchen and living room in the middle with rooms on the other end for our other family. It worked out perfect. Very close to restaurants, stores and Disney World. We always came back from the parks in the afternoon to take a little break and swim in the pool. We would stay here again when we come back to the area. I also enjoyed working with Antony, he was very easy to work with and always got back to me quickly when I had a question.

Overall Great

Great location!! We had a wonderful stay. A few issues to report. When we first arrived, we noticed the ping pong table was broken. We called and left a message that it was broken shortly after we arrived, but never got a return call. All bathtub faucets were stuck in the shower position. Upstairs shower continuously leaked when not in use. But again, overall, great house and location. Thank you!!

Great Value & Close to Disney World!

This home provided plenty of room for my family, in-laws, and a friend for our visit to Disney World. The home was very easy to check in to. My children and nephews were so excited swimming in the pool! The house allowed for everyone to have privacy and was very quiet with no road noise. Excellent location being away from the heavily travelled roads on the east side of I-4 and setback far enough from 192 so there's no road noise. A publix supermarket and Target are located within 2 miles of the home. Very convenient!

It was okay

The property was okay. The best part was how close it was to the Disney parks and there was tons of stores and restaurants on the highway right outside the community. The house itself was small and the pool area was smaller(ER) than other my aunt has stayed in for the same price. Also a big concern is the listing shows a bunch of inclusions that are actually not included at the house: main one is the grill. There is no grill. 2. Shampoos and laundry soap. Also there was only 1 garbage bag left for us but we have to take the trash out twice in the week. Half a roll of paper towels and no cleaners. The grill was the main issue. And the property management company is not available on the weekends and they took at least 1 1/2 days to get back to us for the two calls we made. The house is set up kind of weird with one bedroom separate from the house. For the location to the Disney parks it's great. Other than that it's mediocre and there's plenty more bigger and nicer for the price.

Fantastic Villa

We stayed here for just over a week in mid July. The villa was lovely and clean. There are 4 rooms (one of which is separated from the main house so it would be perfect for a couple looking for some privacy…or perhaps a surly teenager). There is plenty of room for people to spread out and enjoy themselves. Staying in a gated community was fantastic. It was nice to know my family was safe. The community is small and fairly quiet. My absolute favorite part of this villa was the pool area. I loved how the pool is surrounded by the house and a wall so it is completely private. It was fantastic not to have your neighbors looking at you, while you take a swim (a problem at the last villa we stayed in). The Jacuzzi was a great way to unwind after going to the parks all day. I will say that we had a problem with the pool heat and had no heat for 3-4 days. Although the maintenance people came over, the problem wasn’t fixed until I emailed the owner. Antony is a great person to deal with. The villa is close to the Disney parks and we only had to drive 10-15 minutes to get to the parks every day. There are also a lot of stores & restaurants in the area, which was marvelous. We loved being able to pick up little miscellaneous things at Target and eating at all of our favorite places (without having to drive for an hour). We will definitely be choosing this villa for our next trip to Disney. Thank you for the wonderful home away from home.

A beautiful home in a fantastic location

We stayed in this beautiful villa in February and were happy in every way possible with our choice. This was the first holiday we had booked without going through an agent, and were understandably a little worried about dissapointment. This home was all we had hoped it would be. We arrived late from the UK and were ready to sleep, however upon arrival we were uplifted by the fantastic location and the spaciousness of the outside area, so sleep time turned into pool time. The home is very spacious and airy inside, with large patio windows surrounding the the whole pool area, accesible from the lounge, kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. The home was well equipped and all rooms had cable TV. The cleaners had left it imaculate. We had a small issue with the dryer breaking down and contacted the owner, Antony, who had it replaced the same day. Exeptional service considering how far away he lives from the villa!! The home was within a few miles of the parks, as described. There was an array of shops and restaurants, mini golf and attractions all within a few minutes drive or a small walk if we felt energetic. I will be staying here again next time we visit, thank you Antony for an amazing time, it truely was the holiday of a lifetime.

Lindfield Reserve

We spent 10 nights here in March 2013 and loved it. The house is located in a small privately gated cul de sac just off the 192. It is only a short drive to a host of restaurants and there is a bus stop just outside the entrance but we never used it so I cant comment. The villa is exactly like it is in the photos. Its south facing so the pool area gets the sun all day. The pool is about 20ft long and has a hot tub too. The management company are located just a couple of doors away and I had to call in once due to the fact that the pool heat wasn't working and a few bulbs were broken. I was greeted by an English lady who took all my details and promised to sort me out asap. About 10 minutes later another English man arrived and was sorting the pool heat and then changed all the bulbs. The lay out of the house is unusual in that at either end of the pool there are two bedrooms, which means 2 families can stay here but with total privacy as the pool separates each sleeping area. Maybe the owner can get a sketch of the layout of the villa so people can fully understand as it might appeal to more people who are bringing other families or relatives/friends. The kids loved the pool especially at night when its illuminated and heated. It was spotless clean and well maintained. I have recommended this property to my friends as a great place to stay when in Orlando and I will consider this property if we are going back to Orlando again.

Wonderful Villa

We had a wonderful time at Antony's villa! It had everything we needed. It would be great for 2 couples or a trip with the in-laws, as it has a seperate master bed and bath. It is very convenient to the Disney Parks and Wal-Mart is right down the road. We will definitely be staying here on our next Orlando vacation!

Quiet, private villa in good community

This is a lovely big villa, and as there is only two of us, obviously was big enough for us. However, this villa could easily accommodate 2 families. We've stayed at Lindfields a number of times when visiting Orlando, but this was the first time at the gated community of Lindfields Reserve. Having the gates there just gives an extra sense of security. This community is right off the 192 which is great for restaurants for breakfast before you hit the parks, or when you want dinner out. It's also just a 2 minute walk to the bus stop on the 192, so there's no need to drive to the restaurants if you all want a drink. The villa was situated in a very quiet area, and offered great privacy as the pool is surrounded by the house and a wall. The pool is south facing so gets the sun all day which makes all the difference, especially when you come back in the afternoon and just want to relax by the pool. The villa was clean and comfortable and was a nice place to relax at the end of the day. All in all, this villa is very good value for money. Antony was a pleasure to deal with, answering all our questions and concerns and checking that our stay was ok. We will definitely return to this property. I can't comment on Gold Star as we didn't need them during our stay, but they are literally a couple of villas away from this property so close to hand.

dont look anywhere else

this villa is home from home it has everything great location just off 192, modern interior all the facilities you need the pool area gets the sun all day come back from the parks and relax in the hot tub or cool off in the pool we have been going to Florida for 15 years and without exception this villa is the best ,you will not get better value for your pound, Antony really does take a personal interest in his guests ,dont waste your time looking elsewhere trust me this is it, try carrabbas or olive garden close by two very good restaurants also lonestar or santa fe if you want a great steak exit 68 off the i4, i have no problem recommending this villa when i return its the one for me Jackie Belfast

Great Villa, Superb Location

A lovely villa, in a great location for all parks & shopping. Well laid out with a superb pool & hot tub which was enclosed & very private. The villa has a very good layout and is very suitable for 2 or more families. The villa has everything needed for a superb holiday and was was very clean & tidy.The agents office was on site and they were very helpful My wife & i went to the villa over Christmas with our daughter & family and everyone had a brilliant & superb time in the villa. We would highly recommend this villa & if we were ever back in florida we would definetly try to book it again Many Thanks Antony for a superb holiday. George & Margaret Robinson

Superb Luxury Villa

This truly is a wonderful villa. It is spacious and clean with all of the amenities that you could think of. It is located in a very peaceful community but also within easy reach of many restaurants and shops. The parks are only a very short drive away. This is a great place to stay for your visit to Florida. It is a pleasure to deal with Antony and have already recommended his fabulous villa to friends and family. Beautiful Home, Great Location

We stayed in Antonys villa for two weeks in August. The drive from Orlando airport took about 25 minutes and we were very happy with the villa when we arrived. You enter into the large pool and spa deck, the whole house surrounds the area and it was perfect for our two familes. The villa is layed out over two floors and we were never in each others way. We have stayed in hotels in the disney area in the past and thought we would go for a villa with there being 8 of us, this saved us a small fortune and actually added to the whole experience. It's great to be able to come back after a long day and have a pool to yourself and some space from the crowds. The lounge has a huge sofa and easily accomodated us all, there was also a large table in the kitchen and on the pool patio which was great when we wanted to eat outdoors. All the bedrooms had cable tv, there was a playstation and a huge table tennis table in the garage so the kids could go there own way when they were tired of being with all of the adults! The major attractions were just down the road, the drive to disney only took ten minutes when the traffic was good. We did have an accident with the key late one night (accidently snapped it in the lock, oops!), however gold key were out within 15 minutes with a spare, special mention to them for going above and beyond at that time of night! The furniture in the villa looks brand new and the villa was clean and tidy. We will be back for sure in the future! Perfect Holiday

My family and I had the perfect holiday in Orlando. We arrived for a 14 night stay and were welcomed into a lovely, friendly home. First impressions did not dissapoint, although tired and slightly grumpy, we were immediately uplifted upon our entrance into the outdoor pool area. The villa is very nicely decorated and has a very sociable layout, centered around the pool and spa. This was our first "Disney Experience" and we weren't quite prepared for the long days which can be pretty tiring! It was nice to be able to have the short drive back to the villa and relax without being disturbed like you would in a hotel. Thanks Antony, you and Gold Key made our first florida trip simple and enjoyable, we hope to return again in the coming years and would not hesitate to reccommend you to our friends. Great affordable place to stay near disney

Excellent place to stay for the money. Owners are very responsive. House is in good shape but needs a few improvements. Two things are a new oven and new screen enclosure. Other than that the place was awesome and we would def stay again!!
