About this property

HOUSE OF DREAM ON THE SEA

House completely renovated in the first row of the sea with direct access, huge terrace where you can see the best sunsets. The house is between the beach of Es Trenc and the one of Ses Covetes.
It is equipped with the most modern, in the kitchen: Induction, teppanyaki, hidden smoke extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges ... In the living room a large TV in front of a 3-sided fireplace that will make the winter evenings a delight.
The showers have the sprinkler on the ceiling and 2 of the 3 with chromotherapy (colored LED lights). It has a chill out area both on the roof terrace and on the lower side as well as 2 Balinese beds.
A staircase communicates from the living room to the basement room from which we have direct access to the sea, in this room we have a wood oven and a huge barbecue to serve more than 20 people.
At your disposal they have 2 kayaks to be able to make excursions by the sea. Without doubt the best house of Ses Covetes and surroundings, the only one with direct access to the sea and therefore the biggest and new.

Perfect location

Stayed here for a family vacation and was not disappointed. Close to beach and restaurant. Very small quiet town to rest and relax. Less than an hour from the airport. The views are what you will remember the most. Defiantly coming back.

Todo muy bien. La casa es magnífica. Tuvimos un pequeño altercado al llegar pero se nos olvidó todo en cuanto entramos. Roman súper majo y el detalle de la cala es espectacular.

Perfect location

The house is in the perfect location. Very close to two beaches and right on the water so that you can watch the boats go by. Cute town with a handful of restaurants nearby - just enough to try and not be overwhelmed. It was perfect.

E' stato un week end davvero bello e da ricordare. Due giorni tra amiche per un addio al nubilato che non dimenticheremo facilmente! La futura sposa è letteralmente rimasta a bocca aperta quando è entrata nella villa...casa bellissima, moderna, spaziosa...e che vista! La villa è ubicata in un piccolo paese che però ha tutto...market, bar e ristoranti! E' proprio sul mare...a pochi passi da spiagge bianche e mare cristallino. Noi amiche ci siamo ripromesse di tornarci per una vacanza all'insegna del relax, del sole e del mare!

Todo son facilidades al alquilar esta maravillosa casa, por una parte puedes estar tranquilo si vas en coche ya que dispone de parking privado, en cuanto a la casa puedo decir que todo esta pensado para que no te preocupes de nada, ya que dispone de todo, cocina muy bonita y totalmente equipada con todos los materiales necesarios para cocinar, Salón pensado para pasar tardes largas con tus amigos, comiendo, bebiendo y todo con ventanales desde el cual se observa el mar, pasamos mucho tiempo en las terrazas ya que dispone de sofas cómodos para tomar el sol, cuando cae la noche y es hora de descansar nos sorprendio lo cómoda que eran las camas dormimos de maravilla, en fin solo puedo decir que es una casa con muy buenos detalles, y totalmente recomendable y si eres amante del deporte tambien dispones de kayaks para darte un paseo por el mar, por último la atención de Román fue muy agradable, siempre pendiente de todo y una persona muy cercana asi que gracias y seguro repetiremos porque pocos son los sitios que ofrecen tan buena atención y sobre todo con unas instalaciones muy completas.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, spricht mehrere Sprachen. Fantastische Lage auf den Klippen am Meer zwischen 2 Traumstränden ! Moderne Bäder, Zimmer und eine Küche mit mehr Ausstattung als nötig. Zusatzhighlight der Kellergang zum Bootskeller . Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
