Suuri ja kaunis 10 makuuhuoneen koti (10 täyttä kylpyhuonetta, 2 puoli kylpyhuonetta, 3 king-vuodetta, 12 queen-vuodetta, 2 parivuodetta ja 5 singleä) Lake Oconee Georgiassa järven maassa. Suuri suurille ryhmille, joilla on suuri tasainen piha, iso järvinäköala ja runsaasti tilaa pysäköidä. Vuodepaikkoja 39 vuodepaikkaa, enimmäiskäyttö 28 päivässä, yöpyminen 22.

Upeasti sisustettu moderni keittiö, butlerin ruokakomero, valtava rento ruokailutila tai lisää kynttilöitä ja tekevät siitä muodollisen. Useimmissa huoneissa on satelliitti T. V. WiFi. Runsaasti hauskaa sisätiloissa, jotka sopivat yhteen järven toiminnan kanssa iso pelihuone biljardipöytä, pin pallo, kultainen T ja teatteri huone.

Kaikissa huoneissa on oma kylpyhuone ja satelliitti-TV. (Paitsi yksi). Kaikki sisustettu eteläisissä valtion teemoissa; Etelä-Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Pohjois-Carolina, Virginia, Mississippi, Louisiana ja Kentucky. Master-sviitissä on suuri suihku ja poreallas, josta on upeat auringonlasut tai järvenranta.

Yksityinen uima-allas ja huvimaja. Pontoon-vene saatavilla erillisellä järjestelyllä ja suihkukoneilla ja muilla veneillä voi vuokrata lähistöllä olevissa venesatamissa.

Koti sijaitsee puolessa välissä Greensboro ja Madison noin 10 mailia jommankumman suuntaan hyviä ostosmahdollisuuksia tai viehättäviä ravintoloita. Monet golfkentät 10-15 minuutissa. Helppo löytää noin kilometrin päässä suuresta moottoritie alas rauhallinen kivetty tie läpi laitumien ja metsän tarpeeksi sooth kaikki nykäistä hermoja, mutta naapuri riitä antamaan mielenrauhaa, että et ole kaikki yksin vaikka olet sitä mieltä olet.

Our family of 15 enjoyed our weekend stay at your home. The setting was beautiful, the grandchildren enjoyed the lake and the spaciousness of the house fit our family well. Giving an honest review, I must say that the house does need some maintenance and updating. Even so, this would not keep us from staying there again in the future.

BEWARE!!! This is a HUGE home that has not been taken care of. If you don’t care about cleanliness or safety…the place has fairly comfortable beds and clean sheets. The pool was completely green on arrival…did not get use…hot tub is literally eroding and never got hot, kitchen ovens DIRTY or don’t work, cockroaches, spider webs behind doors, walls, doors, baseboards are filthy, electrical wiring is bad…one lady almost got electrocuted with a flame that came out of the floor. Hot water heater is too small for house, patio furniture covered in mold- had to scrub them to get some cleaned for use, air conditioning did not work in downstairs first night, elevator did not work (no biggie for us) but they wanted a repair man to come while we were there for a few hours…we said “no”. The Activity building is full of rats in the walls, rat droppings everywhere and the smell of urine is overwhelming. SAFETY…there is no cell service and only three doors lock on the main floor…two that go to the pool do not lock. There is more…but I think you can get the pictures. Unless the owners put some serious work and money into fixing this home, I would NOT recommend renting.

House was a bit dated, and not up to par with what the pictures showed on line. Pics were def from a few years ago. Beach volleyball was grass/weed volleyball - no sand in sight. Oven was broken, lights not working, spider webs literally everywhere. Whole property was nice but very much needs an update and deep clean. Hosts were attentive and friendly, and were always very helpful. Did we enjoy our stay, yes we did. Would we stay here again… no.

Room for all to relax

This house had comfortable bedrooms, great views, and plenty of unique spaces for a party of 17 to enjoy. The dining area comfortably seated our large group and the theatre room was a plus. The host was responsive to a concern about the hot tub which worked well with instructions. A pressure cleaning of the outside would have enhanced the resort feel and the area of the lake we were in was not great for a large boat but it was fun for those who liked to fish and kayak.

The back of the property was absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool, yard and kayaks. We loved all the space in the house where everybody could be together or be apart. The theatre and game room were a big hit. It was easy to communicate with the owners. The only downfall for our family was the kitchen amenities weren't up to par. We like to cook all our own meals, and we were limited as to what we could do based on what was available. We were at the limit for overnight guests, so we had a full house.

Over all a nice stay, home and grounds need trimming and deep cleaning. Pressure washing, general maintenance & landscaping! 3rd floor A/C & pool pump went out but owner had them fixed quickly.Plenty of rooms and places to share family with! Pool & Hot tube was nice!Over all a nice stay.In its heyday it was probably something super special.

Lake side wonder

Our family vacations every year for over 40 years and this lake front home is a gem. The views are incredible. We fished most every morning and evening. It’s quiet here but the property provides most everything you need. The kitchen is loaded with cooking pots/pans/ crock pots for even advanced cooks. The game room was an amazing plus for all ages. Board games, pin ball, pool table and movie theater was a huge hit. If all else fails the amazing pool is always there. There were some things that needed fixed which we were there. It was easily and quickly taken care of. Communication between the property manager and myself was amazing. We are thinking of coming back in a couple years. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Family reunion

The house was a great setup for our family reunion. The outdoor space and game area was great! There were plenty of comfortable beds and plenty of seating for our group of 27. It needed to have had a better cleaning before we arrived, especially one of the bathrooms. We did enjoy our stay there.

Not Up to Potential

The property is located in a great location to the lake and plenty of outdoor space. However,this is a missed opportunity for this property. The mattresses are old and need replacing. There were bugs located in beds and one of the mattress pads was blood stained. There were ants in the kitchen that had to be addressed by buying spray. Basic care and cleanliness were amiss. Hot water was limited. The exterior was unkept. Many spider webs around windows in areas that allowed seating. With a little more TLC, this property can meet its full potential. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Wonderful, spacious house

This home is a wonderful place giving lots of people lots of room! We enjoyed the pool and the large table. We were 13 adults and 11 children and brought lots of games to keep all occupied. We were hoping to spend more time on the lake but the water was so low that we broke the propellor on our second outing. The kayaks and canoe were too filthy to use. Our host was wonderful and very prompt in helping us overcome issues. The house needs a deep cleaning to get rid of spiderwebs and stains but it was clean other than that. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the children loved the children's rooms and the Golden Tee game.

Reunion time

This house has so much to do, whether you’re inside or outside. Unfortunately, for our stay, some of the rooms were not cleaned very well, and the kayaks were left dirty. We did take care of those problems ourselves and had a great time. Great house for a large group(we had 20) but it needs some TLC.

Senior Church Friends

We are a small group of Senior Citizens who play Handchimes together. We fell in love with this beautiful "Southern Castle." We played like we were youg children in the pool, the lake and with games. We loved that we were all able to sit together for meals at the huge table. We loved the firepit and outside areas. We were completely in awe of the creativity and attention to detail throughout this beautiful home. We could feel the love radiating in every specially designed room in the houseand every family picture on display. Very heartwarming. It was an awesome time with special friends that we won't soon foget. We really hope to be able to come back next summer to make more precious memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

DaCasa BaNana is my happy place

The pictures really don’t do it justice. The grounds are incredible, and the weather was so good we hardly spent anytime inside. This is a private sliver of heaven on the lake, and just happened to be big enough to house an entire army. Only note is that the WiFi was not suitable to work from on Friday, so a few of us had to go to the Starbucks a 15 minutes away. This may be less of an issue with smaller groups, as we had quite a few people logged in. I want to come here every year! Thank you.

Perfect for large groups

This house had everything our group needed, from the pool, volleyball court, basketball court, and large kitchen with enough to cook for the whole group. Host was super nice and great to work with.
