The house is built over 3 floors with a stunning view off Morocco and the El Estrecho Natural Park”, from nearly every room. Large glass doors lead from the living room and the kitchen to an amazing deck area which is topped with an infinity pool.

Go for a hike or a run from the doorsteps into El Estrecho Natural Park, visit the nearby Getares beach or the fish market in the tradition fishing town, Algeciras. Do you enjoy water sport, it’s an ideal location near the Kiting and water sport mecca of Tarifa.

The property is enclosed with a fence on three sides, and a wall to the south. An electric gate is facing the road to the north with access to the road, towards the north, on the third level.

Level three has a double garage with room for one car, and an office (which is used for storage private items, and not a part of the rental). A central stairway and hallways access the two other floors, while an outside stairway takes you to the first level and the man door.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The very large Master bedroom(MB) has a stunning view towards the south and Morocco, as well as to the park to the west. A doublewide sliding door leads to a balcony in front of the room. The MB has its own bathroom with a large shower and a bath tub (with a view), a toilet and a bidet. The north bedroom is located in the back, and has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Two additional bedrooms are located in the front, with a common balcony with the same stunning view as the rest of the house, and also has common bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The middle bedroom has two single beds, while the east bedroom has a double bed.

The living room and kitchen as well as a bathroom with a toilet/ sink and a hall is located on the first floor. A large sliding door leads from the living room to the pool / deck are in front of the house. Two French glass doors leads from the kitchen to the deck area. The living room /hall way contains a sofa group, an easy chair and a dining table, which can be pulled out for more than 10 people. The kitchen has ample cupboard space and a large island/kitchen bench with an integrated breakfast “table” for about 4 people. In the back of the kitchen (through one of the cupboard doors) you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer, mops, vacuum cleaners and more.

The deck/pool area has a sofa group, a dining table (3 pieces) with 6 chairs, two sun beds, 2 tanning chairs and an infinity pool. An outside stairway, runs along the east side of the house from pool/deck area to the garage level.
