Cette location vacances à Malaga est située sur Calle Carreteria, l'une des rues principales de la ville, où se trouve de magnifiques bâtiments du 19ème siècle avec leurs grilles forgées et grandes baies vitrées. Cette rue emblématique du centre historique de Malaga connaît actuellement un rajeunissement complet avec l'ouverture de nombreuses boutiques, restaurants branchés et de magasins à la mode.



Ce magnifique appartement de vacances à Malaga est situé au cinquième étage. Il a récemment été entièrement rénové et décoré, avec des sols en marbre de haute qualité, murs en briques et fenêtres en bois.



La propriété mesure plus de 140 mètres carrés ; elle est composée de 2 chambres avec lits doubles. L'une d’elle dispose d'une salle de bains privative. L'autre salle de bain est située dans le couloir. Une des salles de bains a une baignoire, l'autre a une douche. Les deux chambres de cette belle maison de vacances à Malaga donnent sur une charmante petite rue éloignée du brouhaha de la route principale.



A côté des chambres, il y a une grande buanderie avec machine à laver, sèche-linge, planche à repasser, évier et des espaces de rangement.



La cuisine entièrement équipée a tout ce dont on peut rêver, avec des appareils ménagers de la plus haute qualité y compris une petite cave à vin ! La cuisine donne sur une grande salle à manger et salon.



Il y a un bureau privé sur le côté du salon qui peut être fermé grâce à des panneaux de bois coulissants pour plus d'intimité. Depuis là, vous pourrez profiter de l'une des vues les plus étonnantes de la Cathédrale et contempler les toits de la ville.

Comfortable stay

This is our second stay, we love this apartment. Great location, the apartment is very well equipped.Beds are comfy and bedrooms are a good size. Having 2 bathrooms is great. Balcony is a bonus. We will definitely be back for another stay. Coffee pods are available , it would be nice to have some tea bags for those who are tea drinkers.

We loved our stay at the Mary apartment. It was spacious for 4 adults.The beds were lovely and comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, we cooked a fresh fish meal that we bought from the local fish market, it was lovely and tasty, using all fresh local produce. Near to tapas bars, the port, the beach. We will definitely return.

Great spot in the heart of town

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Very satisfied and would recommend. Just a word of caution if you like a quiet night, you will have to close all windows which keeps the sounds of the all-night partiers down. And I mean, all night.The management is responsive and kind. Malaga is awesome and we don't regret a thing.

We stayed in this buitiful apartment for three weeks. It was located just a block from the Enorfex Spanish language school we attended. Great location. Great management. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We will be coming back.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Highly recommend this apartment -much larger and spacious than photos, many perks including filtered water, chef's kitchen, very stocked with everything, amazing linens, huge laundry room too. I wish we could have stayed longer - walkable to all the downtown, port and main restaurant area, grocery options nearby too. Binder with all you need to know is included - this is big bonus as a tourist - very smart. would give this place 10 stars if I could.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of the old town close to all the sights and excellent restaurants. The apartment is extremely well appointed and very stylish. Although in the centre of everything we weren’t disturbed by noise. I imagine anyone travelling for work would find the office a great addition. Solaga travel were easy to communicate with and helpfully stored our bags between checkout and flight.

A true Home Away from Home in Malaga!

Everything about this property was wonderful. The location was ideal walking to all the city had to offer. The apartment was very comfortable and has a great kitchen for cooking if you choose to dine in. Great Wi-fi/ cable., laundry. The beds are very comfortable. We stayed here for 10 days for Spanish immersion school on this street and also day- tripped to Gibraltar, Sevilla, Granada and Córdoba. The property management was very helpful, responsive and delightful. Highly recommend this property!

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at the Mary apartment. Carlos and Theresa (at Solaga) were very helpful. The property was exceptionally well set up. My husband and I love to cook, and the kitchen had absolutely everything needed. The location was perfect! Close to a grocery store, all major attractions, etc. The location was a bit noisy, particularly on the weekends, but we rolled with it! When you are in central Malaga, this is a given at any property. We would definitely stay here again.
