Best apartment in Valencia

The apartment is extremely spacious and clean. Property manager was fantastic - extremely helpful and friendly. Location is perfect - close to everything. Nearby restaurants are well worth it. Comfortable large bedroom and bathrooms. I would not stay anywhere else (I would love to buy the property!!!)

Great Accommodation

Amazing accommodation, more then enough space for 2 or 4 people (you have you're own privacy becouse there are 2 bathrooms). Easy to arrive from the airport eighter by taxi or metro. A 20 minute walk to the city center. It can be hot in the summer but the apartment is well air-conditioned! This is a big plus. Lots of appliences in the kitchen for if u want to cook yourself. We had a very comfortable stay.

Positivt: Fin lejlighed med god beliggenhed ift. metro og daglige indkøb. Lejligheden rummer rigeligt med service. Udlejer var utrolig venlig og hjælpsom. Han får de allerbedste anbefalinger herfra. Vi fik en detaljeret gennemgang af diverse ved ankomst. Stort tv. Meget velfungerende aircondition. Negativt: Det ville være rart ikke at skulle dele dyne = lagen, selvom man deler seng. Det ville være rart med lidt ekstra håndklæder, når der er har booket 10 overnatninger. Det var angivet, der er elevator i bygningen. Det er korrekt, men det var ikke muligt at benytte den - uvist af hvilken årsag.

Immer eine Reise wert

Sehr freundlicher und engagierter Vermieter, der immer per WhatsApp erreichbar ist und schnell Probleme löst. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und komfortabel ausgestattet. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die 3 Klimaanlagen und 2 Fernseher, die ein großes Maß an Flexibilität ermöglichen. Alle Einkäufe können im Umkreis von 400m erledigt werden. Die Busanbindung ist sehr gut (in 7 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt oder am Zentralmarkt). Essen ist in der direkten Nachbarschaft in gehobener Qualität, landestypisch und auch für den kleinen Geldbeutel möglich. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch in dieser Wohnung. Arrendador muy amable y comprometido que siempre se puede localizar a través de WhatsApp y que resuelve los problemas rápidamente. El apartamento está muy bien amueblado y confortable. Destacan especialmente los 3 aires acondicionados y 2 televisores, que permiten una gran flexibilidad. Todas las compras se pueden realizar en un radio de 400 m. La conexión de autobús es muy buena (en 7 minutos estás en el casco antiguo o en el mercado central). La comida está en las inmediaciones de alta calidad, típica del país y también posible para el pequeño presupuesto. Definitivamente no fue nuestra última visita a este apartamento.

Schöne Stadtwohnung

Wir haben knapp 2 Wochen in einer schönen Stadtwohnung in exzellenter Lage verbracht. Bus- und Metro-Haltestellen sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe haben uns auch diesen Aufenthalt in Valencia bei ausgesprochen schönem Wetter sehr angenehm gemacht.

Great stay in Valencia!

Wonderful Flat

This flat was great very comfortable for all of us (4 adults ) . Well equipe with all you needs, one think I would suggested is to have a bigger coffee pot. Clean and easy transportation to city center, good place to stay.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und einen Supermarkt. Zu Fuß ist es etwas 20 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Metro Patraix 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist gut und bequem für 4 Personen nicht für 6. Die Vermieter Fernando ist ein sehr hübscher Mann immer hilfsbereit wenn wir etwas brauchten (z.B einen Wasserkocher).

Un piso acogedor y amplio

El piso está muy bien. Reformado recientemente, es muy amplio y no le falta detalle. Aunque es un primero tiene buenas ventanas y no se percibe el ruido de la calle. Fernando fue muy amable en todo momento!
