La région entre Acharavi et Roda devient de plus en plus populaire année après année grâce à sa beauté naturelle, ses grandes plages de sable et ses excellentes tavernes. C'est dans cet environnement naturel préservé que se trouve Villa Vasiliki. Entouré de superbes jardins paysagers et doté d'une grande piscine privée, la Villa Vasiliki est une élégante maison de 1 étage pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6/8 personnes dans 3 chambres climatisées. Avec la plage de sable de Roda à seulement 300 mètres et des intérieurs de haute qualité, ainsi que des espaces extérieurs exclusifs, Villa Vasiliki est une propriété vraiment impressionnante parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Les intérieurs charmants de la villa ont été soigneusement décorés dans le style traditionnel de Corfiot. Il y a un salon spacieux (avec canapé-lit double), une cuisine entièrement équipée avec table à manger, 3 chambres (2 doubles et 1 twin) ainsi que deux salles de bains (une salle de douche familiale et une salle de bains) .

Les espaces extérieurs de Villa Vasiliki sont une caractéristique unique de cette propriété. Les vastes jardins bien aménagés sont accessibles via une grande terrasse ombragée (avec des portes, pour la sécurité des plus jeunes). Il y a une pergola accueillante avec un barbecue en brique parfait pour les repas en plein air, avec une immense piscine privée. La piscine mesure 8. 00m X 12. 00 m et dispose même d'une section séparée pour les enfants! C'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter pleinement du soleil grec en toute tranquillité et détente (à moins que vous ne souhaitiez nager dans la mer qui se trouve à quelques pas!). Des chaises longues et des parasols sont fournis pour les invités.

Lovely villa with a great pool area - large pool with outside kitchen and plenty of sun or shade. Location was perfect- a short stroll to the sea front and about 15 minutes walk to either Roda or Acharavi with a good choice of bars, shops and restaurants without being too busy or touristy- Would definitely recommend

Had a great few days at Villa Vasiliki. A fantastic property, peaceful and lovely outdoor area. The pool was absolutely great and was used frequently. The barbecue area and pavilion were also great. Nicely decorated house. Nice and welcoming landlord who responded quickly to our questions. Recommend renting a car because of the distance to shops, and then you also have the opportunity to do some sightseeing.

We stayed for 10 days as a family with 2 teens. Wonderful villa. Great location, it’s a 10/15 minute walk along the sea front to Roda. The photos do not reflect the inside of the villa, the bedrooms and living area have been modernised and it’s wonderful. Beautiful wrap around veranda. Pool area is perfect. Great size pool, comfy loungers, shaded eating area with bbq. Immaculate lawn.The kitchen has a dishwasher, toaster, toastie maker, and Nikos had left us a welcome package including water, beer, bread and his local Olive oil!Nikos the owner was a great host, sent a welcome text and was on hand with any questions. This really was one of the best places we have stayed. Peaceful and quiet, with everything walkable. Highly recommend!

It is amazing

Great place to stay, good location and the photos don’t do the villa justice. It is amazing. We were delighted and grateful when we arrived late at night to find some food and drink essentials in place! The pool was clean and warm, and the first aid kit was used after a jellyfish sting- much appreciated. We would recommend.

Plenty of space indoors and out. Quiet location but walking distance to Roda shops and restaurants. Large pool (unheated - we visited in May so too cold to use). All we needed was provided. Clean and well equipped, although beds bit too hard.

a wonderful week

The four of us had a wonderful week. The pool is a dream for any summer holiday, for young and old alike. There are plenty of shops and delicious restaurants in the area. We can recommend the restaurant in Sfakera, a 35-minute walk away; it's very affordable and so delicious! Everything was available in the villa itself: a kettle, coffee machine, and even beer, water, and juice to get us started, as well as food. Amazing. They really thought of everything. We also recommend visiting the old village of Old Perithia and buying honey there. It's a truly amazing experience, where you can watch the bees at work up close. All in all, we highly recommend booking. The property has a great outdoor area for barbecuing and having fun, and a great indoor area for cooling off. Thank you!

Again superb

This was our third visit to the villa and since last time some nice adiditons and maintainence has taken place. What remains is a pool that is fantastic, gardens that are wonderful, a BBQ area incredibly user friendly, around the back a covered outside area has bene improved an dmakes a very nice place to spend an evening with a book.The family are very friendly and the pride they take in the villa is reflected in the standards throughout.The Villa is a tranquil area.Head to the sea and you cna tunr left to Roda or right to AchariviIn Roda a good scattering of restaurents, pubs etc and aspecial shout out to OscarsA car is needed, we used Imperial and they were excellent.Supermarkets in Acharivi very good, an excelelnt bakery and cake shop, turn right at main roaf and on left fruit and veg store which is excellent.Book and you will not regret

Villa vasiliki

We stayed here as a family of five. The pool was amazing and the villa grounds beautiful. The villa was typically Greek which was bright, airy and clean. The location is sensational being a 4 minute walk to the coastline where you can go for a swim. Roda and Acahravi being under 10 minute walk in each direction. We hired a car for the duration of our stay however this is not necessary if you are happy to walk to roda or acharavi less than 10 minutes away. EOS communication was great with no need to make contact during our stay. The owner made contact through EOS just to check he could come and cut the grass one evening. The owners were equally charming. Overall a superb holiday and stay. Will definitely be coming back.

Excellent pool and villa

We were a group of 6 people, 4 adults and 2 kids and chose the villa as it had a great layout and its own pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge and kitchen area, outside is a pool and BBQ area under a gazebo. The villa has a covered area on the North side which is great for keeping cool and eating under when its too hot everywhere else, the gazebo is also great for shade but this is on the south side so does get more sun.The pool is fantastic, there is a kiddy area and a main bit which slopes from shallow to about 2m at the deepest part. It was great to have the pool as it was very hot so we could cool off easily and it was endless entertainment for the kids. The villa is a short walk to a pebble beach that does have some sandy parts but if you walk further towards Roda (15mins) there is a larger sandy beach.Most days we ate in the villa after buying groceries in the local store in Acharavi but if you walk for about 15 mins you can get to several resturants that are situated along the coast in either direction. (Acharavi or Roda - which has more options and is a bit closer)Overall the holiday went well, the villa was clean and tidy and the towels were changed once during our stay, there were clear instructions and support from Eos and we didn't have any issues so were happy with our choice of villa and the holiday provider.

Sehr sauber und gepflegtes Haus

Wir hatten das Haus anfang Oktober für eine Woche gemietet. Das Objekt und die Außenanlage ist wirklich sehr gepflegt. Viele Restaurants, Bars und ein Steinstrand befinden sich in fußläufiger Entfernung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbarer Urlaub hätte nicht besser sein können

Wir waren total begeistert, die Villa ist ein Traum, sauber ordentlich total nette Besitzer. Fünf Sterne reichen nicht mindestens zehn. Der Strand war jetzt nicht so schön aber man geht einfach ein Stück weiter und dann top. Auch der Pool mega, sauber, Grill ist vorhanden, es fehlt einem an nix. Wir kommen wieder
