A fantastic property that can be rented together for large groups. Harbour House & Cottage are adjoining luxury holiday properties set high on a stunning spot in Crail with uninterrupted views to the sea and Isle of May.

Located only 10 mins drive from St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh, Crail makes a great base for a holiday in Fife and despite its proximity to the central belt of Scotland it couldn't feel further away from life's stresses and strains. And don't take our word for it - Skyscanner recently named Crail with a Top 10 position in their Most Beautiful Village in the UK Award !

Also on our door step are some of the world's oldest and top rated golf courses including Crail Golfing Society, Kingbarns and The Old Course at St Andrews.

Harbour House has plenty of space for up to 8 people to stay in style and comfort. The adjacent Harbour Cottage sleeps 2. From all windows there are amazing views to be had both out to sea and over rooftops down to the harbour. It is a unique spot indeed.

Rent both the House and Cottage together to create a fabulous space for large families or groups (maximum capacity is 10 ideally consisting of no more than 8 adults).

The House and Cottage are adjoining through double doors at ground floor level.

Harbour House and Cottage are maintained in accordance with all regulations and for the comfort of our guests.

Excellent location above the harbour and on the the Fife Coastal Walk.

Well looked-after property , available as large home with additional extra cottage if required. We were 5 adults and 5 small children and the the property suited us very well.

Beautiful house in a perfect location

Just back from a lovely stay in this property. We were 10 people (4adults and 6 kids) and the house and cottage were perfect for us, lots of space, sea views from almost every window, comfortable beds and a separate lounge for the kids to use! The area is beautiful and we will hopefully be back to visit again soon

Magical Setting

Comfortable accommodations in a peaceful setting. Well appointed furnishings. Kitchen allowed enjoying the region’s freshest produce and local Butcher’s meat pie. A very short drive to St Andrews and other charming villages. Occasional large spiders came to visit in the upstairs bedrooms. Can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic accommodation for a group

Lovely location, Well presented property. Lots of places to visit. Good local shops. Minor downside is parking and gradients if you have a mobility issue. Would benefit with a microwave, especially for the children's meals. Jus a personal preference. Easy to contact Hostess.

I’m afraid we can only provide on street parking due to the unique location of the house on the coastal path but hopefully you got a space in the unrestricted on street parking. Short Break

We spent a long weekend here and all 3 generations of our family enjoyed the holiday. House has a lovely setting - views are great. Crail is quiet and picturesque with some nice little shops/galleries and cafes. Parking is 'on street' which means guests may have to carry luggage a larger distance than would normally be the case but we always managed to finds spaces relatively nearby.

Fantastic!

We have just returned from a three night stay at this property and have had a fantastic time. The quality of the accommodation, the location and even the weather were second to none. We have been with our daughters and their families and we really did not want to come home! I would certainly book this property again on my next visit to Crail.

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed in the house and cottage with our extended family and had THE most wonderful holiday. The house is perfectly situated in the centre of the gorgeous village of Crail with so many things to do right on the doorstep - we spent time rock pooling, sandcastle building, doing beautiful walks along the coast and eating fish and chips aswell as exploring the rest of Fife. The house itself is beautifully decorated and very peaceful as well as having everything you could need. Having both the cottage and the house worked well for our group so that some parts of the house could be child free and therefore a bit more relaxing!

Beautiful Comfortable House in Crail

Our family stayed here for New Year and there were four generations so this house was perfect. The small cottage gave the older members of the party peace and quiet if they wanted it! The bedrooms were very comfortable. The house is in a perfect situation in Crail.
