This is by far the nicest holiday rental I’ve booked. Literally a home from home, immaculately clean and welcoming. Would love to stay here again and will definitely recommend. Very peaceful and had everything you’d need for a stay away.

PLEASANT TRIP
The house was very nice and well located. We have some english friends who were living nearby.
Our grand-children were also very happy to be in this pleasant house.

Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne.
Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home.
Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes.
If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Eastbourne town centre with all of its amenities, the seafront and the train station and bus terminal are within walking distance along the promenade or a short drive away. Perhaps you fancy spending the evening in one of the many bars and restaurants before heading for a show in one of the four theatres
