About Lesley Webb

Matt and I visited Valle De Guadalupe for the first time last March to celebrate my birthday. We fell in love with the area, the people, the wine and the food. The next few months we searched and searched for a property of our own. Finally we found an amazing lot perched high on a hill and we knew it was perfect. Fast forward to 2016 and here we are, enjoying every minute we can in this magical land. We look forward to sharing it with you.

Lesley Webb purchased this house in 2015

Why Lesley Webb chose Ensenada

We recognized the value of the location and couldn't get enough of the breath taking views.

What makes this house unique

We custom designed and built this home with rustic charm and modern convenience in mind. You'll be hard pressed to find the same combination anywhere else in Valle!

Amazing property in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe.

  • 5 of 5

I highly recommend this property for anyone who is interested in visiting the wine region of Baja California. From start to finish the property manager, Rosie, was so kind and generous. There are two levels to this rental, the upper and the lower. We were fortunate enough to stay on the upper level which had an incredible deck overlooking the valley. I cannot comment on the lower level as I did not see the inside but I suspect it is also enjoyable. The owners and Rosie had great recommendations on where to eat and which vineyards to tour. Very easy to find. If driving back to San Diego I highly recommend driving through the Tecate border as the line is much shorter than the Tijuana border crossing.

Clean and nice inside with all the necessary appliances and supplies.

  • 3 of 5

If the family is home above, expect lots of noise and an early wake u along with the chickens next door. On a dirt road in a central location to the wine area. The host was very nice and communicated well.

Owner's Response: Hi Robbie, I'm glad you had a nice stay for the most part? I'm just a little confused because my family and I were in Costa Rica during your stay and our only neighbor doesn't have any chickens (only dogs) The noise in the Valley does carry so I'm very sorry for anything that didn't allow you to sleep in. We always want our guests to be as comfortable as possible and have the best time. We hope you will come back and give us another try. Happy travels! *Lesley

Beautiful little place perfect for a weekend of wine tasting!

  • 5 of 5

My daughter and I took a last minute trip down to the valley for wine tasting and this first floor casita was not only beautiful but came with some great recommendations from the owners, who were there for the weekend as well. The place was a little hard to find until Lesley sent us a pin, but then we were all set. We were greeted by their pet pigs, Kevin Bacon and Piggy Azalea, who were adorable and most definitely added to the charm of the place. Lesley told us which wineries and restaurants to go to and we gladly followed her lead, which made for a relaxing (and filling) weekend. Highly recommend. We loved it!

Comfy and Cozy in a Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

We spent two nights at the Valley de Guadalupe casita. The decor is lovely, with all conveniences, including a full kitchen with everything you need to eat in if you choose. (Do bring food, as it's not easy to get out once you're nestled in, and the local tiendas close early!) The bed is very comfortable, and it's so peaceful and quiet. I had the best sleep in a long time!

The home is ideally located, close to many wineries and restaurants. We walked to Corazon de Tierra, one of the best restaurants in all of Mexico. Even though the night is very dark, there's no traffic, so it's easy and safe to walk. Just carry a flashlight to get you past the ruts in the road!

An important tip - keep the Google map pin the owner sends you. Otherwise, the casita is impossible to locate!

We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Take a quick trip 1.5 hours south and find yourself surrounded by pastoral wine country and some of the best gastro experiences you're likely to experience. Couple that with the rustic, rural nature of Baja California's rolling hills and we know you'll fall in love just as we did.

Additionally, well know family attraction, public park, water park and zoo Parque de Nino is about a 5 minute drive away from our property and is a fun break for the whole family. People travel from all over Baja to visit this park attraction.
