Das Objekt ist toll und wie beschrieben. Uns hat die Meersicht gefehlt (war uns aber bereits im Vorhinein bewusst/bekannt). Der Gastgeber kümmert sich um alles und ist zu gleich diskret. Wir würden das Objekt klar weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au sein de cette villa qui était très spacieuse et équipée tant bien pour les adultes que les enfants. Jean Pascal a été très réactif quand nous avions besoin de lui pour des questions sur la maison ou bien pour des réparations.. La localisation est parfaite, proche de tous commerces et à la fois bien excentré sans aucun vis à vis. Nous recommandons cette maison pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille

villa confortable mais pas adaptée pour enfants en bas âge (moins de 2 ans)

Villa confortable, spacieuse et au calme. Mais pas du tout adaptée pour enfants en bas âge (moins de 2 ans), beaucoup trop de marches, différence de niveau pour les petits. Pas de barrière de sécurité vers le spa ni vers la piscine d'ailleurs. Et la piscine pas pratique du tout (escaliers et mur sur un côté empêchant de se baigner et de nager. Et avons eu des problèmes avec le four, la hotte, le lave vaisselle, la plancha. Pas de séchoir pour pendre le linge (dommage quand on arrive à 12 personnes)! Et très peu de communication avec les propriétaires mais disponibles quand même si soucis. Je reste tout de même déçue par le rapport qualité/prix de cette villa. Je ne la recommanderais pas pour des familles avec enfants en bas âge

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande villa offrant de très belles prestations. L'espace piscine est vraiment agréable. La maison est spacieuse si vous êtes en groupe et la localisation a été parfaite pour nous car à l'écart avec beaucoup de tranquillité. Notre hôte a été extrêmement disponible pendant tout notre séjour. Je dois dire que j'ai rarement vu quelqu'un d'aussi réactif aux demandes/besoins et malgré tout d'une grande discrétion bien qu'habitant juste à côté. Merci encore beaucoup. Je recommande vivement cette villa.

Wir können dieses wunderschöne Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir haben dort mit zwei Familien gewohnt - es ist sehr geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt ... Wir fanden, dass es in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern ist. Auch der Aussenbereich mit Palmen, Olivenbäumen & Co. ist ein Traum. Es war tip top sauber und Jean Pascal war der perfekte Gastgeber, jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr sehr nett! Das Haus liegt ausserdem wunderbar, um den Westen Korsikas zu erkunden. Ajaccio mit seinem schönen Markt liegt um die Ecke, genauso wie tolle Strände. Also buchen!!

Villa à recommander !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette superbe maison spacieuse et de grand confort. La disposition du jardin et la piscine donnent envie de passer beaucoup de temps dehors à profiter du beau temps. La maison est bien située. Tout près des commerces en voiture et le centre d'Ajaccio est rapidement joignable. Merci à Jean-Pascal Folacci qui est un hôte efficace, discret et de bons conseils.

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire dans cette villa. Tout est pensé, réfléchi afin que tout le monde puisse avoir son intimité. La villa offre de nombreux espaces cosy intérieur et extérieur. Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et à l'écoute...Nous avons vraiment profité du potentiel de cette villa!!!! Elle se situe au calme avec une vue dégagée et non loin du centre ville... Ce qui représente un véritable atout!! Encore un petit plus : la piscine qui est vraiment agréable... Nous ne pouvons QUE recommander cette location mais nous espérons qu'il nous restera quand même nos 15 jours annuels!!!!

Très belle villa

Excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cette villa contemporaine. Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants et nous avons tous pu trouver notre espace et avoir un peu d'intimité. Le propriétaire Jean-Pascal est très sympathique et très disponible. Il partage également des tuyaux sur les bons plans en matière de sorties, visites ou restos dans les environs. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances !! Seul bémol : pas mal de guêpes autour de la piscine.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette superbe villa et remercions encore vivement Jean Pascal, pour son accueil notamment ses cadeaux de bienvenue, sa souplesse en fonction de notre organisation, sa gentillesse mais aussi sa discrétion. Rien ne manque dans la location et le cadre, la tranquillité et l'accès rapide à tous les services de proximité ne sont pas à négliger. L' accès au centre ville est également rapide. SUPER!!!! vacances en famille

Que dire!!! Ce fut un super séjour en famille. La villa correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes, bien entretenue, cadre magnifique, calme parfait, le tout à quelques minutes d'Ajaccio. Très bon accueil du propriétaire, Jean Pascal, (merci encore pour le petit présent à l'arrivée, nous avons beaucoup apprécié), il nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites à faire. Nous avons essayé de visiter un maximum de choses, mais il nous en reste encore beaucoup à voir, alors, peut être reviendrons nous, un jour, dans cette magnifique villa !!!

Superbe séjour entre amis

La maison est vraiment très fonctionnelle pour un séjour aux abords d'Ajaccio ! Nous étions 11 amis et tout en respectant le voisinage nous avons pu profiter au maximum des différents équipements (jardin, piscine, boulodrome, bbq...) Mr folacci est très disponible et l'accueil était vraiment parfait ! A bientôt pour un nouveau séjour en Corse

Nice villa just outsite Ajaccio

We rent this villa for 1 week with 6 adults and 2 children of 3 and 4 years old. It is at a perfect location just outsite Ajaccio. Green surroundings with a nice garden and a (small ) swimmingpool. It is easy to get on the road to see the environment and bakeries and supermarkets cloes by. We thinks 8 persons is the maximum this house can keep. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms , two 2 persons beds (140cm wide) and two single beds and 2 bathrooms and the second floor 1 big room with 5 single beds and a very smal bathroom. (hard to get to the toilet without bumping your head). We had a bit of a problem with the safety of the children. The ground floor has different levels, so you have to take a step everytime you go from the hallway the kitchen to the livingroom, to the tv room and kids just play and ran as they do and sometime fall because of the steps. Also there is no safety fence for the stairs and there are gabs between the wooden floor of the stairs where childrens feet can stuck in between. The garden with the grass is nice to play for kids, but the wall around it is very low, so again not safe for children, they can easely fall down. I reconment the owner to put some stickers on the big windows, because you can not see if the door is open or closed and our little girl ran against the closed door and hurt her self badly. The villa a great for adults and families with children at 10 years or older. A great place to stay at Ajaccio.

Moment de détente familiale... et design.

Cette maison spacieuse est meublée avec beaucoup de goût et de modernité. La proportion des pièces et des espaces extérieurs est parfaitement adaptée à un séjour familial où chacun peut trouver le calme autant que les espaces de convivialité. Tranquillité garantie pour un séjour détente sous le soleil corse. Les hôtes sont par ailleurs très sympathiques, ce qui ne gâche rien.
