Strategically located on Cumberland ave in NDG, just 15 minutes away, by car, from the downtown core and 18 minutes away from the Trudeau airport (YUL). Our house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transport which will bring you to all of Montreal's attractions in no time.

Near the Benny Pool and Library, shopping areas, schools and Concordia University. Close access to all major STM (Bus) routes: 51, 66, 102, 103, 104, 138. Direct bus to the Villa Maria subway station (10 minutes).

Large upper duplex, 1,400 square feet located in NDG. With 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, large rear balcony (15 x 12), and small front balcony.

Why are we renting: Marc's mother moved out 2 years ago. We renovated the apartment and then decided to furnish it and to rent it to people who are traveling to our beautiful city.
