Having dinner on the terrace, listening to ocean´s whisper, as you see how the sun goes away, and the moon comes ...

How is it? Functional, modern apartment with a design that favors incredible sea views. A quality tourist establishment.

For what? To enjoy 24 hours of the beach and the city. Unbeatable location, good transport connection to the whole island.

What's wrong with it? Newly renovated and equipped enjoy the comforts of home (Wi-fi, Smart TV ...). Living room with soundproof window and dimming blind to facilitate rest.

The building has an elevator and direct access to Las Canteras Beach.

You can hire airport transfer, parking and extra cleaning service (Check price and availability)

By car, the apartment is located just 10 minutes from the city center of Las Palmas (Plaza España), and 30 minutes from the airport.

Walking 10 minutes from Santa Catalina Park, El Muelle shopping center, and the Poema Del Mar aquarium.

At the foot of the street you will have all kinds of services, also those related to leisure and sports, and even free cultural activities of a stationary or general nature.

Great spot in the hub of Las Palmas!

This studio is beautifully updated. Very clean contemporary unit. The view overlooking Las Canteras Beach and the boardwalk on the balcony is awesome. We were fortunate to have front row seats during the Carnival festivities...WOW. Jorge and Airam were very helpful with check in and any questions that we had.
