Detached house on the beach with terrace and veranda, completely renovated in 2010.
Cozy and well furnished, with parking and private access to the beach.
Located in the Gulf of Castellammare, Alcamo Marina beach, 100 meters west from Hotel La Battigia.
Despite its central position, this stretch of beach is quiet and not very popular.
Fresh, ventilated and bright, all rooms have a sea view.
Bathroom with shower, water heater, hairdryer.
Kitchen complete with crockery and pans, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and double sink stainless steel. Iron supplied.
Living room equipped with a dining table with chairs and antique Sicilian "sparecchiatavola" furniture. Sofa and LED TV.
Semi-shaded terrace, 30 sqm seafront with table, chairs and deck chairs and 50 sqm sun terrace with laundry, toilet, outdoor shower, sink, washing machine, swing, umbrella, table and chairs.

Feel like one of the locals

Quaint little apartment with all the feels of Sicily located walking distance from The beach. . It was nothing fancy but had everything we needed. It had 3 bedrooms and 1 indoor shower and bathroom. They also had an outdoor Bathroom and shower on the back patio that was small but private and our family used that more than the inside one. Elio was very communicative before our visit and sent pictures of the beach and day before arrival sent us location and had no issues finding it. It is about a 10 minute drive to Castellemare De Golfo where we spent most of our time. Our family loved staying here. If you are lookiing for a place where you can feel like a local, this is a great place to stay.

Élio est très accueillant, il a été de bon conseil pour les visites, restaurants... L’appartement est très propre , traversant, offrant 2 terrasses au choix en fonction du Soleil. Nous avons bien apprécié la bouteille d’accueil. Annita, Sylvie et Pascale

Séjour en bord de mer

Logement idéalement situé, très agréable. Nous conseillons ce logement pour un sejour en Sicile occidentale. Seul bémol, le coût de la lingerie 15 euros par personne non stipulé par Abritel malgré l’information donnée par l’hôte .
