Edgewater Resort Tower 2-402 4th floor Beautiful Ocean view

Welcome to Tower II at beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort ! Our 2BR/2BA Gulf Front Deluxe”A” unit is located on the fourth floor. It has the largest square footage of any of the 2 BR units in the towers. It has 1366 sq/ft of living space and a 119 sq/fl covered balcony accessed from the living room.

The windows span the entire front of the unit, with floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean! This provides a beautiful view from the living room, dining room, kitchen and the balcony. The beautiful emerald coast with it’s white sandy beaches and emerald green waters awaits you!

The master suite has 2 queen beds with a private bath. The junior suite has a King size bed and guest bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably! Condo has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The Edgewater is Panama City Beach’s premier resort. The property consists of 110 acres, 11 pools (including the 11,00 sq/ft lagoon pool) Several are heated including the one right in front of tower II.

Ocean’s Bar & Grill a full service restaurant, Pizza Parlor, Starbucks, ice cream shop, arcade room, gift shop, health spa/ fitness center are all right on property!
Oh, yes and a golf course!

-24/7 gated security and patrols
-We will not accept rentals for those under the age of 26. Age verification is required.
-Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals during spring break, summer and late summer seasons
-Check-in is at 4:00 pm Central Time and Check-out is at 10:00 am Central Time.
-$250.00 security/damage deposit required and refunded after satisfactory inspection of the unit, return of all keys and property armbands. A $500 deposit applies for monthly rentals.
-The unit is a non smoking unit.
-Animals are not permitted.

This was our first time staying at Edgewater and we absolutely loved it! It’s a great place for family and especially for kids and teenagers. We will definitely be booking here again next year. Our host was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this condo. We had the best week!

Beach Vacation

We had a great time at Edgewater. The place was well kept and just right for our family with the two bedrooms. There is a good kitchen so you can make food or go out to eat easily. The beach and pool are really close for easy access.

Conveniently close to Pier park and shopping along 98 but away from all spring breakers. Condo was perfect and had amazing views of the ocean! Heated pool and hot tub directly below the room was perfect entertainment for the chilly March weather!!! Debbie was very responsive and provided all needed info upfront for a perfect vacation!

Thoroughly enjoyed visit

The condo was a perfect and can not beat location. My grandkids are 7 and 5 and had plenty of room to spread out. Being on the 4th floor was just right for getting our steps in and super close to beach access. I would recommend this property.

Vacation at the Beach

The unit was very clean and there were ample towels and wash cloths. The TV had programming that we used at our home, so it was fast and easy to use. It was very comfortable and the owner was great to work with, making sure everything was just right.

Great condo!

Condo was clean, updated and gorgeous. Beautiful views!. It was a perfect location to the beach, pool and restaurant. Right across from the stairs so u didn’t have to wait for elevators. The hosts were always available for questions and always in contact to help with the stay. Debbie made the whole process easy and would definitely stay here again if we are in PCB again.

The Perfect Condo at Edgewater

We stay at Edgewater for a week every summer and have finally found our forever condo! As long as it is available for our needed dates, this will now be our families go-to condo at Edgewater. Perfect location, super clean, very spacious (our favorite layout), and the owner was so pleasant and accommodating. Don't pass this one up if it's available!

Great place

Our family with young kids enjoyed this property. The unit was clean, open space, lots of room. The view was amazing. The outdoor pool at Tower 2 was wonderful. We had a few cooler days during our stay and the pool was still warm enough to swim at the end of December. Access to the beach was quick and easy. Restaurant on property was close to unit for quick meals, it had good food and drinks. We also enjoyed playing pickleball, which was an easy quick walk across the walking bridge to the clubhouse. Debbie was a wonderful host. Great communication, she gave us a few recommendations to do on our cooler days with kids. She was also very responsive to any questions I had. The unit is right next to the stairs which was convenient and easy access to the pool and beach. Definetly would stay again! Loved our visit in this unit!

Perfect location! Debbie’s communication was excellent! Parking easy. Restaurant beach and pool 2 min walk fm condo at most. What else could you ask for??? We even saw several dolphins from our balcony!
