We had a lovely week at this house in August. The location is just beautiful, right on the beach with stunning views from every room. The house itself is as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. There is plenty of outdoor seating and we liked the fact we had our own sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. The house is on a small beach, we were able to walk to the bigger beach in about 10 minutes. The swimming was excellent, the water was clear and there were plenty of fish to see. There are a small number of restaurants within walking distance. The house is in a good location for exploring this part of Corsica. The hosts were also welcoming and live in the property next door so are available to help if needed.

Un petit coin de paradis

Une semaine magique passée en famille dans cette maison perchée sur l'eau, très propre et bien équipée. Sophie et Stéphane sont disponibles, sympathiques et discrets, nous les remercions pour leur accueil et leurs conseils. En cette saison la plage est très peu fréquentée et laisse libre cours à la baignade et la pêche. Le food truck voisin propose des pizzas succulentes! Emplacement idéal pour visiter Ajaccio et ses alentours ainsi que Cargèse et les calanques de Piana. Une location à ne pas manquer!!!!

Habitués de la Corse, nous avons passé ici de super vacances. Pas de chichi ici, tout est fait pour un séjour parfait au calme. Maison très bien équipée, propre, vue à couper le souffle (vous êtes SUR l'eau...). Les propriétaires sont super sympas (et de bon conseil) ainsi que leurs enfants...Plage très sécure y compris pour les tout petits...Commodités à 5mn...Bref, à l'année prochaine ! Une maison les pieds dans l'eau dans laquelle nous avons passé une sublime semaine. L''apéro du soir avec le coucher du soleil , le clapotis des vagues, la vue sur la mer, les transats sur la plage, le calme, une maison spacieuse : la définition d'un petit coin de paradis Et en bonus le club de plongée juste à coté !! Des hôtes très sympathiques et l’emplacement du logement est PARFAIT ! Accès direct à la plage, la maison bien qu’ancienne offre tout le confort nécessaire au séjour ! La cuisine est bien fournie (nécessaire de cuisine , cafetière, lave vaisselle ....) Les lits sont confortables , les chambres spacieuses . Nous avons même pu voir un dauphin depuis la terrasse au petit dej !!! Nous avons hâte de pouvoir revenir !

Einmalige Lage eines eher einfachen Ferienhauses

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich großartig, direkt auf dem Felsen und am Strand. Einige Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe, zum Einkaufen (Croissants) ist ein kleiner Spar 5 Autominuten entfernt. Richtig schön einkaufen kann man dann bei Ajaccio (E.Leclerc Baléone!) Ein paar Wanderungen in der Nähe sind möglich, die höheren Berge aber etwas weiter weg. Ein toller, im Oktober fast menschenleerer Strand ist in 10 Minuten Fahrt zu erreichen (Liamone Beach ). Am Haus ist ein kleiner Sandstrand, recht schnell gibt es aber auch Felsen, bei denen sich verschiedene Fische wohlfühlen (das ist schön beim Schwimmen mit Schwimmbrille und auch für die Angler, die sich öfter mal am Strand einfanden). Die Wohnung selbst ist sozusagen eine Doppelhaushälfte, die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, es ist aber kein Sichtkontakt und somit ausreichend Privatsphäre vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet, es ist aber vieles schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen - die Kaution fanden wir hierfür ziemlich hoch (ebenso wie die Kosten für die optionale Endreinigung, die wir dann aber problemlos selbst übernommen haben). Für eine Familie mit 1-2 Kinder ist ausreichend Platz, das dritte Schlafzimmer ist allerdings nur eine kleine Kammer auf dem Dach (mit einer Leiter begehbar) - für ein Kind vielleicht noch ganz gemütlich, für Erwachsene zu klein/niedrig. Alle Betten sind 140 cm breit und mit einer großen Bettdecke ausgestattet. Draußen gibt es direkt von der Tür einen großen Tisch, an dem bequem sechs Leute sitzen können. Vom Platz des Tisches aus hat man leider kaum Meerblick, ein paar Treppenstufen hoch ist aber noch ein Bereich, von dem aus man einen besseren Blick hat. Das W-LAN ist eher unzuverlässig und reicht nicht zum Streamen, aber meistens für den Versand von Nachrichten. Die in Frankreich ohnehin sehr bürokratische Anmietung von Ferienwohnungen (vorherige Vertragsunterzeichnung) fanden wir hier noch komplizierter, weil wir bei Ankunft erst einmal ein komplettes Wohnungsübergabeprotokoll (in französischer Sprache mit teelöffelgenauer Auflistung des Inventars und einer Bescheinigung über den guten bis sehr guten Zustand von Boden, Wand, Schrank etc., die wir nicht immer so gesehen haben) unterschreiben mussten. Am Ende wurde aber alles kulant gehandhabt. Alles in allem besticht die Wohnung vor allem durch die Lage, das Wohnzimmer und die beiden Schlafzimmer haben mehrere Fenster zum Meer und mit ein paar Treppenstufen ist man am Strand!

Très bon accueil des propriétaires toujours présent pour de bons conseils sur les visites ou les bon commerçants sans jamais être envahissants ... nous avons fait connaissance de leur petit Antoine trop mignon et plein de vie!!!!!! La maison est simple mais tout équipée et même très bien équipée La plage est quasiment déserte et l'eau est a 10 m de la maison ...... enfin bref que du bonheur pour notre première visite en corse tout était super ( même si les rochers se sont montrer un peu abrasif .....) nous reviendrons.... merci encore a Mr et Mme Prunetti cordialement

une belle location pour de belles vacances

c'était la première fois que nous venions en Corse et nous avons été chanceux de pouvoir louer cette maison de rêve car à 4 marches de la mer, même si l'eau n'est pas encore à la température estivale nous avons pu quand même tremper nos pieds et pêcher car il suffit d'un peu de pain pour attirer les poissons. Le paysage est magnifique, la lumière change à toutes les heures. De l'ensemble des fenêtres de la maison nous avons vue sur la mer. Ce lieu n'est pas très loin d'Ajaccio, de Piana ou de la montagne. Nous avons pu visiter les différents sites sans faire beaucoup de kilomètres. Le descriptif de la maison correspond à la réalité, les propriétaires sont accueillants, nous avons même fait la connaissance de leur petit garçon plein de vitalité. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander cette location autour de nous et espérons y retourner une prochaine fois.

Une location ideale pour des vacances de rêve -

De toutes les locations que nous avons connues depuis 2008, celle-ci est une des plus agréables, fonctionnelle, et propices au repos. Le descriptif est fidèle, la maison est fraîche, et confortable, elle peut accueillir au moins 6 couchages, et tout y est! Un endroit privatif pour garer la voiture, un petit jardin à l'arrière de la maison pour les repas, ou un bain de soleil, une jolie plage calme avec du sable, pour se baigner à toute heure, en descendant quelques marches, avec palmes et masque car les poissons son nombreux. Nous partageons la maison avec les propriétaires, discrets mais toujours disponibles, de bon conseil, et adorables. Chaque pièce dispose d'une belle vue sur la mer, et les couchers de soleil sont à couper le souffle de beauté, chaque soir différents. Vivement les prochaines vacances pour un saut en parapente sur la mer turquoise, et pour se ressourcer chez Stéphane et Sophie. Christine et Gérard

Une vraie maison les pieds dans l'eau, totalement indépendante, sans route ni vis à vis, avec une vraie belle petite plage de sable en descendant quelques marches. Calme et intimité dans le jardinet qui surplombe la plage. Une vue et des couchers de soleil magnifiques. Le descriptif est fidèle et honnête. La maison était propre. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets. Ils habitent la maison d'à côté (sans vis à vis) et sont disponibles si besoin. L'endroit est calme et tranquille, sauf peut-être le bruit des vagues si la mer est agitée. La plage est très agréable, assez protégée et sans danger, parfaite pour les enfants. Elle est connue des locaux et entourée de quelques maisons et cabanons.La dernière semaine de juillet, la fréquentation restait très raisonnable. Petit loueur de bateau et club de plongée sur la plage. Une voiture est indispensable pour aller faire les courses (commerces à 3 ou 4 km), sinon on peut passer une journée entière sur place et pieds nus. Nous avons passé un séjour idéal et y retournerons cet été.

Cela fait deux ans que nous allons dans ce coin de paradis... c'est le top, maison sur la plage.... que du bonheur. ... se reposer, lire sur la terrasse, avoir envie de se rafraîchir, descendre 10 marches pour se baigner ! Les propriétaires sont sympas etc.... Bon je vais arrêter d'essayer de vous séduire car faudrait pas que les réservations affluent, nous voulons garder quelques semaines pour nous.

Merveilleux

Endroit exceptionnel !!!! Nous avons apprécié le calme, le site exceptionnel avec ses couchés de soleil différents chaque soir, cette petite plage tranquille.La maison a un véritable charme et est très fonctionelle avec les enfants. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et nous ne manquerons pas de recommander ce lieux ainsi que la gentillesse des propriétaires.
