Brand new re-done apartment close to all. Ac in living room, and all bedrooms. 3 bathrooms including a second door to use one bathroom as a guest bathroom. 3 queen beds. 4 TV's one in each bedroom(32) and a bigger LED in living room. Fiber Optic wifi, brand new kitchen, 3 wall safes. Closets washer and dryer, brand new hot water gas system. Private on premise parking. All towels, and sheets and cooking utensils provided. Exact address for you to check is Calle 14 #43B-151. Second floor. Close to Avenida poblado and a few blocks from park poblado. On the next block there is literally 6 awesome restaurants right off calle 12. Left out of house. Left on corner two blocks.

There are all brand new tvs here. I believe the guest wanted to stay past check out. When I said no because other people were coming he wrote this.
