We have notified from the beginning that internet is necessary to access the apartment, for that reason when you enter the building you will be able to enjoy the internet, we send you indications of the wifi one day before arrival. And with respect to the air conditioning, if we had known that it was failing immediately, we would have sent someone, but we have not been notified, we hope you will come back soon to show you our improvements.
