Great location, easy to get in and out of. Electronic key was pretty rad. Living room is bright and sunny. Definitely the best room in the house.Hosts are super communicative and helpful. I didn't do the winery experience but I had to rate it, so my rating is not a reflection of any actual knowledge.Home could use a refresher and a deep clean, but other than that, really wonderful stay.

Great location

Hosts were easy to communicate and very friendly. Location was perfect. Electronic key was never a problem. Will recommend this place to anybody visiting the area.

Location, Location, Location!

Small but charming apartment. Comfortable enough. Location is definitely the highlight. Recommend if you are looking for a nice and cozy spot to crash after touring the city day and night.

La Latina is a great area!

Apartment is small but very clean and as listed. The only negative is the bedroom is right by front door and you can hear people on the stairs as well as the light from the elevator shaft, but solved with a white noise app and an eye mask. Location cannot be beat, we had a wonderful time!

Better for a couple not for families

The location and cleanliness of the apartment was great. There are many restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minutes walking distance and the city center of Madrid was only a 20-25 minute walk as well. The apartment is studio and is better for a couple and there is very little privacy.

Girls trip to Madrid

Juan and Bea are some of the very best hosts I have ever encountered! They are friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. They made every step of the process easy, they checked in on us during the stay and were willing to help with whatever we needed. The apartment is as advertised, in a very convenient location. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend a stay at this property!

Location! Location! Location!

The apartment is in a clean, comfortable and secure building in a really vibrant part of Madrid - coffee shops, bars and restaurants are moments away. The apartment itself is lovely and ideal for a couple or for a family with small kids (NOT teens) as it is quite open concept with very little bathroom/shower privacy. The unit is a little more about form than function - beautifully done but lacking certain essentials for longer stays like towel racks, drawers to put clothes, and certain kitchen equipment etc.. but overall, we really, really loved our stay. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended

Great location but average flat and service

Excellent location and quiet place. Big spacious flat with good light. Minus: - no intimacy in living room (no curtains only shutters) - the toilets are ‘in’ the bedroom (only separated by a glass wall) - no welcome package (no coffee salt sugar…) - no communication with the managers except through WhatsApp (there is no one to call by phone)

Excellent location. Very clean property. A/C was great for summer. Bath and toilet aren't that private for group. Scary slow elevator and door didn't open a few times. Room wifi keeps on dropping. Management tried to communicate as much and as fast as they could, I guess - and only via WhatsApp. The Vrbo messaging platform wasn't of help -- should have been advertised upfront. Will still recommend overall.

Great Neighborhood Wonderful Apartment

Spacious apartment that is certainly big enough for two people and possibly one child on the couch. Modern appliances as well. Safe neighborhood and within a ten minute walk is the famous Cava Alta & Cava Baja, streets that are filled with nothing but restaurants. About 12 minutes to the Metro. Getting into the building & the apartment is a little different but the app works perfectly so there were no problems. Just remember not to let your phone battery run down or you won't get in.

Modern decently equipped and in an amazing part of town. Walk two or three blocks to the "Baja" and loads of people enjoying the outdoor restaurants, bars and cafes. Grocery store two blocks away. A half block from a touri-bus stop as well as pulic transit, but there was so much to do nearby. Staff or owners responded quickly to questions. Much more room than a hotel suite but not enormous, but it is in thecenter of Madrid and we did not spend much time inside. Made dinner and breakfast a few times. Our apartment perfect for family.

Misrepresentation of Property - Innacurate real status of rental property

Cleanliness unfortunately and dirtiness of the overall place is appropiate for a rental property. Owners need to keep quality standards and accuracy of property, which is the minmum expected from a prop-platform. Unfortunately was not a good experience, basically due to the state of the prop and cleanliness.

Don't be fooled by the photos!!! It might have looked like that when it was new, but the property has aged. Management has not kept up the maintenance. The apartment we were given was DIRTY. I am a paying customer. I expect VRBO to vet its properties and provide a certain standard of excellence. Apparently VRBO has been downgraded since it was bought by Expedia. When I called VRBO for assistance, I got the run-around and was stuck with the reservation. For the price, you could get a much better place anywhere else in Madrid. The unit was presented as a one bedroom but it was actually a studio. NOISY. Doors were so thin we could hear people outside. The glass shower door is a safety hazard because it isn't properly attached. The utensils and plates in the drawers were DIRTY. The sofa was FILTHY had stains on every inch we couldn't even sit down on it! Definitely a POOR ENDING to our visit to Spain. Utterly disappointing!

It's a wonderful building with clean and fairly new modern units. I was so thankful that there was an elevator and multiple washing machines to use. The supermarket was just 2 blocks away, and there's plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I was able to walk everywhere and didn't even use public transportation. I felt safe as a solo traveler.

El apartamento estaba bastante bien aunque las basuras estaban medio llenas de los anteriores huéspedes y no disponíamos de bolsas de basura para reponer las papeleras, a pesar de eso nos llevamos una buena impresión :)
