Beautiful Oceanfront Condo With Breathtaking Beach Views , 3RD floor, C117

!!! Construction notice!!!, Beginning late september the surf and racquet club will begin the process of replacing railings on the balcony's and also the breezeways. There are 3 buildings on our complex, the first building for the start of construction will be the B building, then starting in January the A building will begin, we are in the C building which is slated to start mid May 2027, the work will be done from 8 to 5 during the week with on and off noise to be expected. The pools and beach will remain open. One of the southernmost Sea Islands, Amelia Island is an amazing vacation destination that embraces the natural beauty of northern Florida.

This completely updated one bedroom, one bathroom condominium is situated directly on the sandy beach of this lovely oceanfront property. Minutes away is a full scale grocery store, offering all that you may need, including wine and beer.

This unit is located on the third floor of the 'C' Building at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. It is situated next to the end unit on the south end of the property, which offers sweeping views both up and down the ocean front stretch of Amelia Island. Our balcony provides amazing views to the North, oceanfront, and a great view to the South. The recently updated kitchen and dining area offers a beautiful seascape from the expansive picture windows overlooking the beach.

The Amelia Surf & Racquet Club is a gated complex which offers two beautiful swimming pools overlooking the ocean and four clay tennis courts for use on a 24 hour basis.

Our unit is located on the premier south end of the Island. The exclusive Ritz-Carlton is a stroll away on the beach, offering casual and fine dining. If golf is your passion, enjoy any of the six golf courses on the Island, including the world-renowned Golf Club of Amelia Island and the Ocean Links at Amelia Island Plantation. The charming and historic village of Fernandina offers world-class restaurants, unique shopping experiences, specialty boutiques, and an endless array of activities.

My father lives nearby and we visit regularly. We fell in love with the area after the first time we visited. Amelia Island is a very special place, filled with amazing beauty, history, culture, and plenty of fine dining and boutique shopping.
