This updated unit is located on the south end of Amelia Island. This villa is a two-bedroom and two-bath hideaway close to everything but very private. You will love the open floor plan that makes this the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. You'll also have a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. While all amenities remain accessible, guests may notice some routine construction noise or activity during the day.

Loved this property. Well-appointed and in a great location for everything. Right across from the beach which was busy but never overcrowded. Restaurants on the resort are wonderful and grocery/convenience stores nearby. Romm for all of us and VERY clean.

Our family loved staying here. It was clean, had everything we needed and the location was fabulous. Robin and Helen are wonderful hosts. The notebook they put together with info about the island and surrounding area was so nice and thoughtful. We would definitely return and rent from them again.😊
