Nestled between the golden sands to the front, the picturesque Marina rich with water activities behind, a short stroll from world famous Venice Beach along with the vibrant choices of restaurants and bars of "Abbott Kinney" and conveniently located for family and friends of LMU (university) students as well as colleagues in the tech world for companies such as Google within Silicon Beach, this large beach Condo stretches across the entire floor (2000 sq ft), of this 5000 sq building which only houses 2 condos, with front & rear floor to ceiling glass beach view balconies, a separate beach bathroom at the entrance and a 2 car private garage available for guests.

Please respect this property as you would your own home, Please be considerate in respect to noise pollution as the Venice Peninsula is a enjoyable community to share, No house parties or friends permitted to stay over night other that the guest booked . The owner is not liable for any accidents when using amenities such as bicycles or surfboards, Bicycles must be locked at all time & are the sole responsibility of the guest when using them. Such a beautiful and peaceful space with the beach just steps away!

We stayed here while visiting our daughter at USC and I couldn't have been happier with our choice of location. I loved all the elements of the condo- crazy cool artwork, great sheets and towels, beautiful furnishings, high end appliances. And such a prime location on the quieter end of the beach and an easy walk to all the restaurants. Veronica was a lovely host and very accommodating. We would totally stay here again!

Nice property but the low garage and with the limited parking for our van was a challenge, plus early gardening (6-30am) & building works in the area meant early starts every day, like it or not.

A gem in Venice Beach

Spacious and light-filled great room is perfect for a group gathering. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Steps from the beach and a 15 minute walk to the "action" of Venice Beach. Perfect for watching the sunset. Veronica was easy to work with and very communicative. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great for family beach stay

The apartment is unique and beautiful. Very large, with comfortable bedding and luxurious and plentiful towels, both for shower and beach. Veronica met us to check us in, and responded immediately to a message inquiries during our stay. Her home has beautiful art and furniture and with a very large table and lots of seating in the common areas, it was a great place for our family to enjoy time together. The beach is steps away, and because it is at the end of the strand, not at all crowded. The garage was large enough for our 2 mid-size SUVs. There is a beautiful outdoor patio at ground level shared with another unit; we did not use it because we were busy with various pre-planned activities. We really enjoyed parking the cars when we arrived, and not using them much until we left. We rode the Bird scooters to dinners in Venice and Abbot Kinney. Great location, great apartment, great host! Thank you!

Very comfortable and great location

Modern decor, steps to beach

Had an excellent weekend at this apartment which is located between Venice beach and Marina Del rey. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has a wonderful feel with large windows, 3 small balconies, a garage for cars and an extra at the foot of the stairs for folks coming in from the beach. Has an upscale and hip atmosphere. The kitchen is well equiped and the only thing we felt lacking was a microwave, which would have been useful. The location is very peaceful, and yet a 15-20 min walk from the hustle bustle of Venice beach and pier. We had some memorable meals in Abbot Kiney (Tasting Kitchen, Gjelina, Nighthawke Breakfast Bar...).

Absolutely the BEST property and owner!

Our group came in for a football game, but also to enjoy the beach and other activities. I looked for several months before deciding on the penthouse and I am SO glad I did. Veronica was very quick in responding to any questions we had and in offering up some wonderful suggestions of places to go and things to do. She was spectacular! And the penthouse was perfect. Far enough down the beach from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of Venice, but steps from the beach for our water fun. Veronica provided the use of several bicycles and swimming/water accessories that were much appreciated. The beds were all very comfortable and both bathrooms were comfortable to use with better than average water pressure for the shower. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped if you want to cook and 3 or 4 different ways to make your morning coffee. And yes, the garage is a bit short, but we parked a Jeep Grand Cherokee in there. Just make sure that your vehicle is less than 70" tall. We all had a great time and would go back in a heart beat!

Amazing location and gorgeous apartment

Wonderful, spacious home in great neighborhood

Our party of 7 were in town for a wedding in Malibu and we had a fantastic stay at Veronica's home. Veronica was incredibly attentive to our schedule and was always available for questions. It was a very smooth experience! As for Veronica's home, it is beautiful and spacious. We had more than enough space for 7. Everything was clean and well kept. The varied coffee makers were a real bonus. Suffice to say, we were very comfortable. The neighborhood close to the Marina is great. The beach is steps away and was never busy at all. Very quiet and peaceful spot. If we're ever back in town, we'll be sure to stay here again. I can't recommend this property more! Thank you Veronica!

The property was located virtually on the Venice beachfront and was spacious, clean & comfortable. We never arrived until very late at night, however, our host remained on hand to greet us upon arrival. Veronica was readily contactable thruoughout our stay. Only a 20 minute walk to a variety of restaurant & cafes, along with the hop on hop off bus stop, at Washington Square. "Ubered" around the rest of the city very cheaply. We had a very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to return should we pass thru Los Angeles again in the future.

Wonderful Experience

We had a terrific time at the beach. This home has every comfort, and the experience is identical to photos. The apartment owner is a pleasure and made sure we had everything needed to make our stay memorable. Spacious and comfortable

Great location (a little hard to find up front but then it makes sense), spacious and definitely comfortable. Loved the ocean breezes and fun decor - enjoyed using the bikes to ride through Venice. The kitchen really needs more items (platters and service utensils) and the internet ranged from slow to non-existent. Very well managed and very responsive. Would stay again.

Would definitely stay again if ever come back to the area.

Location is very convenient and an easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The garage as noted in the description and other posts has very low clearance and street parking on weekend nights can take a while to find a spot if you have a larger SUV. The owner met us at check in and was very accommodating and quick to respond to any minor issues. Abbot Kinney is about a 45 min walk with hip restaurants. Amenities are as described with an up to date kitchen.

Nice place, great location!

We loved staying at this property. Close proximity to the beach, plenty of room to spread out! Our only issue was that our rental car was too tall for the garage so we had to find street parking.

Beautiful Place!

What a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. Wish we had more time to hang but we were on a business trip. Great place to relax at night and close to the ocean. The owner was friendly and available. We'll be back!
