Enjoy local architecture while being steps away from the beach, chicest restaurants, shops, and galleries. Main Street's Sunday Farmers Market is a must see. Salons, yoga, spinning studios within a 5 min. walk. A car is not necessary for this location. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families with kids (We can not accommodate toddlers ages 1-4):Please see rental rules. Your space consists of 2 bedrooms and den that converts to 3rd bedroom: 1 queen, 2 twins (a trundle daybed with pull out twin), An additional fee, private suite can be offered. Perfect for grandparents or additional guests. Please inquire for availability. Den that converts to a 3rd bedroom with sofa bed(double) that folds out--perfect for a teen, child, or young adult, and 1.5 bathrooms , lazy front porch for morning coffee, back deck for sunning, lovely backyard, alfresco dining with outdoor BBQ, string lights, and bubbling fountain..Historic details like bay windows leaded glass windows, crystal doorknobs, and craftsman detailing are abundant. The kitchen is a cook's kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and is equipped with all supplies, spices, and dishes.
This home is in the heart of the most popular Santa Monica area. A short walk to Venice and just 2 blocks away from trendy shops and restaurants. Third Street Promenade: 15 mim walk. Safe, quiet location. Driveway guarantees a parking spot for your rental vehicle. We enjoyed having a private outdoor space in the backyard, multiple living spaces, full kitchen, TV room in the back, and being a short walk away from Main Street and the beach. Very clean and comfortable stay! Really appreciated having parking especially since we had a few rare, very rainy days. Loved learning a bit about the history of the home and that it has stayed in the same family since it was built; sadly that feature is too rare in Los Angeles. Very close to the Santa Monica UCLA hospital campus which was exactly what we needed. Loads of great shops & restaurants in the Ocean Park neighborhood & close to great options in Venice, as well. Looking forward to returning in the future.
