This modern architectural home offers rare outdoor living in the heart of Venice, complete with a private hot tub and lush garden setting. A lemon tree greets you at the front gate, where a seating area offers a quiet spot to enjoy the neighborhood. With 3 bedrooms, designer interiors, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, this home is available for short-term stays and is ideal for those looking to experience the best of Venice.
The first floor features an open living and dining area with large windows, a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and warm wood flooring throughout. The living room includes a smart TV and opens directly to the backyard, creating an easy indoor-outdoor connection.
All three sleeping areas are thoughtfully arranged for comfort and flexibility. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, a sofa chaise, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and its own en-suite bath. Downstairs, a convertible room functions as an office and bedroom, and features a Restoration Hardware queen bed with a Casper mattress and has access to a nearby bathroom just outside the door.
The outdoor area is a rare find in Venice: a private hot tub, outdoor dining table, and lush greenery create a quiet retreat perfect for sunny afternoons or evenings under the stars. In the front garden, guests can relax beneath the lemon tree or use the provided picker to harvest fresh lemons during their stay.
Amenities include: High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, in-unit washer and dryer, fans throughout, hot tub, outdoor dining area, lemon tree with picker, fully equipped kitchen, one garage parking spot for a small car, and one compact alley driveway space best suited for a mid-size SUV. Free street parking is available nearby, with restrictions only during scheduled street sweeping hours.
Please note: The home does not have air conditioning, and late summer can be warm. However, the architecture of this modern home is designed to release heat upwards, and the ceiling vents are opened during the summer months to encourage airflow. With windows open and fans throughout, guests often enjoy a strong ocean cross-breeze, especially in the mornings and evenings.
Guests will have access to the entire home. There is a weekly gardener and hot tub service at the property, but no one else unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

Just three doors down is one of our flagship monthly rentals, making this a favorite street among our returning guests. You’re also just blocks from Abbot Kinney, Lincoln Boulevard, and the beach. From local cafés to designer boutiques, this location offers walkable access to everything that makes Venice one of LA’s most coveted neighborhoods.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are many unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car. If you prefer to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available.

This is a permitted short-term rental in the City of Los Angeles. No smoking or parties. Pets may be considered with prior approval. While garage and driveway parking are available, we recommend compact vehicles for easier access.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
