Esta villa construida en piedra está situada en una calle tranquila a solo dos minutos a pie de la encantadora playa de Soukia y a menos de ocho minutos a pie del centro de Kassiopi Village. La villa tiene su propia piscina privada ubicada en patios de piedra dentro de un jardín amurallado. Bellamente amueblada con accesorios y accesorios de calidad súper alta calidad, la villa tiene capacidad para ocho personas en cuatro cómodas habitaciones con baño privado y es fresca y espaciosa.

La propiedad está construida en tres niveles con la suite del dormitorio principal que ocupa el último piso con vistas a Kassiopi y al mar. Desde el piso de la sala de estar principal hay una sala de estar de planta abierta con comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada de alta calidad con encimeras de granito. En esta planta hay una habitación doble y una habitación doble, ambas con baño / ducha. El cuarto dormitorio es una habitación doble con baño propio con ducha y acceso desde el nivel de la zona de la piscina.
La encantadora área de la piscina se encuentra en hermosos patios de piedra y ladrillo antiguo.

Beautiful villa, great location

Our party of 5 adults stayed at Villa Calypso for 2 weeks in September 2024. We had a wonderful time. The villa is well equipped and comfortable (the water cooler with water provided throughout our stay was a great feature), and the outside space and pool are beautiful. The villa is in a quiet lane, but a short, easy walk from Kassiopi harbour, restaurants, bars and beaches and we did not need a car at all. We recommend the boat trip to Corfu Town, and the bus service along the coast was excellent and good value. The owner and manager were very responsive and helpful with our queries, and the maid service was discreet and excellent. We have already rebooked the villa for next year.

Villa 5 minutes walk from Kassiopi

We absolutely loved our 5 nights at the Villa Calypso. It was spacious, stylishly decorated and had a fabulous pool. The close proximity to the restaurants, shops and bars of Kassiopi meant we didn’t even need to rent a car. It was a luxury having daily housekeeping visits and the outside area was kept spotless by daily visits from Haris who was extremely helpful answering any of our queries.

Perfect

A perfect place to stay whilst celebrating our wedding in Kassiopi. The villa was so beautiful, Jane at Prestige was so wonderful in the lead up to the holiday and Barbara and her team were so friendly and helpful whilst we were there, any problems we had were fixed immediately and we had the most fantastic time. I would definitely recommend this villa - Prestige were brilliant, such a professional but personal company. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks again so much!

The villa was spotless and cleaned daily. They provided all the bottled water we needed and a welcome pack which was a nice touch. Can't reccomend this place enough, we couldn't stop taking pictures of our gorgeous setting. Tips for other travellers No need to hire a car. It would have been cheaper and easier to use a taxi transfer which Barbara arranged for one of our guests. The local restaurants are all good. Hire a private boat and visit local beaches, that's an amazing day out.

Would thoroughly recommend

After speaking with Jane and discussing the kind of resort we were looking for, we opted for two weeks in Kassiopi with our teenage children and their friends. Villa Calypso was the perfect recommendation. Clean and tidy, plenty of space inside and out, bbq, well kitted out kitchen and lovely pool. It was great to be provided with a water dispenser, coffee and other 'welcome pack' items. The location was ideal, being just a short stroll into the village and the harbour with a huge choice of local tavernas all serving great food at reasonable prices. No sandy beach but lots of beautiful coves with pebbles or large boulders - and lots of spots for rock jumping! We didn't hire a car but used the taxi firm recommended by Prestige for our airport transfers. They were excellent. Overall a great holiday. Would thoroughly recommend.

The villa was described as de luxe xxxxx but failed to meet that standard and certainly was not worth the cost No tv Service was available on arrival and even though the owner put this right by the first Wednesday of our holiday it should not have happened. There were kennels near the property and we had to put up with dogs barking loudly throughout the day including early morning,together with the constant calling of cockerels! Olives had fallen from two trees overhanging the sides of the swimming pool and were uncomfortable and dangerous to walk on they should have been removed on a daily basis The villa was very impressive to look at and very well furnished but the route in and out town on foot was very uneven and dangerous particularly at night.

Hi Michael I am so sorry you felt the villa didn't live up to your expecations. We have had so many great reviews on our own website this year with repeat clients who have already booked for 2019. Not sure what happened with the TV but clearly this was rectified almost immediately the problem was reported.. Unfortunately, dogs and wildlife are part of rural living in Greece as are Olives falling late in the season which the gardener and pool guy do try and keep swept on their regular visits, albeit not daily. I am glad that you thought the villa was impressive and well furnished, this in our opinion is the reason why we would describe it as a deluxe property. The road into the village is a side lane off the High Street and although tarmaced is slightly uneaven in parts. As with most of the villas we recommend a torch for clients to use on late night returns. The rates on this website do include their Service charge which does increase the cost of renting our villas. High quality property and fittings, well maintained. 10 minutes walk from everything you need.

We really enjoyed the property and found that it suited 6 or 8 people in comfort and space for all. Easy reach of Kassiopi on foot with many restaurants, without a bad meal in the week. Also good bars meeting our World Cup needs !! If we had any suggestions for the property they would be the outside spaces which would benefit from new parasols, cushions for the dining and casual furniture none of which seemed to match or fit. Cleaners came everyday so no issues there - more tea towels and oven gloves would be great together with the basics from the previous guests being left. Salt, Pepper, Oil, firefighters, matches etc. Having the water dispenser was a great addition. Thank you !! Great place for the family.
