El apartamento está en el primer piso con vistas increíbles al mar y a la montaña de 'Enos'. El apartamento (55m2) tiene 2 dormitorios grandes, amplio salón, cocina totalmente equipada y baño.
El apartamento es cómodo, ofrece aire acondicionado y televisión y tiene acceso inalámbrico a Internet.

El complejo está rodeado por un amplio jardín con césped, árboles y flores. Jardín bien cuidado para que los niños jueguen. En el jardín se puede encontrar una barbacoa, pérgola, duchas, lavadora y un comedor cubierto ideal para cenar y contemplar el mar. Estacionamiento en el sitio. Mucho espacio para autos y lugares para dejar botes y remolques. Se admiten mascotas bajo petición. No hay infraestructura para el alojamiento de personas con discapacidad.

beautiful apartments and lovely gardens. the sea view was breath-taking, the apartment was very comfortable, clean , plenty of room, with everything you could need, we staying in apartment numbers one for my sisters 50th birthday, we fell in love with the area and the owners polymnia and Dimitris are a lovely friendly couple, even brought my sister a birthday cake on the day, they couldn't do enough for you. would certainly book again and would recommend the apartments, local restaurants, great place to tour ,thank you so much . Joanne and andy adshead. also George at car hire was fantastic, gave really good price.

Wonderful place, we want to come back!

The location and setting is beautiful with a secluded cove only 10 minutes away, it became our favourite beach in Kefalonia. Lovely garden with shade and seating and BBQ which we spent alot of time in. Very well looked after by our hosts, we couldn't have asked for better hospitality.

The kindest hosts and a beauitiful location!

The apartment is situated in a beautiful house overlooking the sea and has a wrap around balcony grown with jasmine and bougainvillea which we loved eating our breakfast on in the mornings. Polymnia and Dimitri were extremely welcoming, giving us a cake, water, juice, wine and olive oil on our arrival and marmalade when we left and were always available to ask questions if we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean and while it is perhaps a little dated, it was well equipped if you wanted to eat in. The apartment is very close to a tiny beach and about 30mins from the centre of Spartia village. We had a brilliant time made even better by staying at Polymnia apartments!

Great time on Kefalonia

We enjoyed our stay in Polymnia apartments very much! We discovered beautiful Kefalonia from there, it was a perfect starting point for excursions. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for our purposes, we thank Dimitrios and Polymnia for their support and kindness. We highly recommend the apartments to other guests!

Wonderful hosts and a relaxing environment

Polymnia and Dimitris are faultless hosts, both extremely kind and helpful; they made our stay particularly memorable. We arrived to a bottle of Dimitris's homemade wine and left with a jar of his homemade marmalade. Polymnia was kind enough to give our one-year-old daughter a present on her birthday. The apartment complex is attractively laid out, with views to the sea and to Mount Aenos, and plenty out outdoor seating in the garden shaded by olive trees. Out apartment was a good size and well equipped. The bathroom could probably do with being refurbished and the mattress in the master bedroom has seen better days, but the apartment as a whole suited us. The complex is within walking distance of two beaches and a couple of restaurants. A twenty-minute walk takes you to the nearest town, Spartia, and two mini markets, a coffee shop, and a bar. This is a lovely spot for those seeking a lazy holiday.

Una vacanza tranquilla e bellissima

Il posto molto tranquillo, i proprietari gentilissimi! In vicinanza 2 piccole spiaggette, ma conviene vedere tutta l'isola che è meravigliosa! Comfortable and cozy house in a wonderful place

The apartment in the villa is ideal for a family of four. The outdoor area, very broad, allows you unforgettable moments of relaxation and fun dinners in the green. The welcome is excellent and warm , as well as the assistance for any kind of problem . The place is wonderful , between nature and magnificent beaches.

une bonne adresse pour les familles

Un logement tout confort et bien équipé à 10 mn à pied d'une petite plage tranquille mi sables mi rochers, en pente douce. On reste volontiers dans le jardin ombragé l'après midi pendant les heures chaudes. Comme partout en Grèce, le prix comprend le blanchiment des draps et serviettes de toilettes. Spartia reste un village tranquille, loin du tourisme de masse et les plages des alentours sont magnifiques. Dimitri et Polymnia nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention. Un grand merci à tous les deux.

Beauiful kefalonia

Booked the apartment by mistake but could not have asked for a better holiday. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Each day the owners Dimitri and Polymnia visited the property to ask if there was anything we needed. The attention to detail was excellent. Would have liked more restaurants nearby but had some excellent meals anyway. Dimitri helped us to organise car hire whilst we were there. I would recommend this property to anyone if only for the care and attention we received.

A "casa" di Dimitri

A "casa" di Dimitri.... io e la mia famiglia (2 adulti + 2 bambini 7 e 5 anni) abbiamo passato una settimana a "casa" di Dimitri...si perchè l'accoglienza la disponibilità e la presenza discreta di Dimitri sono quelle tipiche di un padrone di casa nei confronti di un ospite. L'appartamento è risultato essere più che adeguato alle nostre esigenze, la casa risulta ben ombreggiata e fresca. La piccola spiaggia nei pressi della casa, facilmente raggiungibile a piede anche da bambini piccoli, è un piccolo paradiso. In conclusione non posso ribadire il piacere mio e della mia famiglia di aver soggiornato a "casa" di Dimitri.

Per gli appassionati di grigliate, nel giardino c'è un grande barbecue che ben si presta a serate in compagnia. A 5 minuti dal residence, c'è una piccola baia dove è possibile rilassarsi e fare il bagno. I proprietari sono persone molto simpatiche e disponibili.

Wonderfull location to please everybody

The place is wonderfull. The view, the flowers in the peacefull garden taken care by the owners and the narrow roads who go up and down the hill. All this are part of a reconfortant holliday. I recommend it for those who are tired of the daily socio-economical stress.

A lovely holiday in Spartia, Kefalonia

We are just back from a perfect week at Polymnia Apartments. You couldn't ask for better hosts than Polymnia and Dimitrios - such lovely, friendly people who cannot do enough for you. To arrive to wine in the fridge, and a jar of marmalade to take home, is a lovely touch and typical of the lovely Polymnia. The accommodation is great, the gardens gorgeous and just a short (although steep!) walk to a lovely tiny quiet beach, or a slightly longer (also steep!) walk to a bigger beach down the road. We ate in a few local tavernas, one just a few yards from the apartment (we ate there three times - lovely fresh food and a very welcoming host). We can also recommend The Olive Grove, outside of town. We hired a car from a local company for the last half of the holiday which gave us the opportunity to explore the island. Our only disappointment was that we had to come home! Kefalonia is a beautiful island, the people couldn't be more welcoming and we would go back in a flash. The village of Spartia is also lovely, with such friendly people and a wonderful welcoming, peaceful atmosphere. Thank you Polymnia and Dimitrios for a lovely, memorable holiday - we hope to be back soon!

The property was clean, beautiful, well-maintained

We loved staying at this beautiful location. It was accurately described online, and we were not disappointed. The owner gave us wonderful customer service. We would recommend this place to a friend or relative. We especially enjoyed all the flowers, lawn, and various tables and chairs outside where we could eat. We loved going to the small nearby beaches where we were often the only ones there!

Perfect Holiday 2 Weeks

halloPolimya The apartments are well Polyminia comfortable , clean and very pleasant environment. The garden and wonderful , has a great BBQ . the children ran into the garden and loved , also with manicured trees , we had a delicious shade to rest. The beach is very close , you can go hiking or the beach side of the car. To meet some of the other beaches and castles is also necessary to shop is a car . It was very beautiful in Polyminia , Dimitri and Polyminia are well educated , co-operative and had a great affection for children . Thanks to them for the holidays and if God willing we will return.
