Nouvelle annonce! Il est inutile de vous dire Ă  quel point il est bon d'ĂȘtre explorateur dans une nouvelle ville et de se sentir chez soi en mĂȘme temps. Silencieux, simple et Ă©lĂ©gant, au coeur de Rome, entre Piazza di Spagna et Fontana di Trevi, Ă  deux pas du mĂ©tro Barberini.
Salon avec canapĂ©-lit et salle Ă  manger, cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, chambre double et un bain relaxant avec baignoire. Wi-Fi, CLIMATISATION, MICRO-ONDES, MACHINE À LAVER et un bon supermarchĂ© prĂšs de la maison.

Ce charmant appartement est situĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage d'une maison mĂ©diĂ©vale typique au coeur de Rome, Ă  seulement 5 minutes de la Piazza di Spagna et tout autant de la majestueuse fontaine de Trevi. L'appartement est de 65 mĂštres carrĂ©s et se compose d'un salon confortable avec un canapĂ©-lit confortable pour deux personnes, une salle Ă  manger avec une table pour 6 personnes, une chambre double avec un placard et une fenĂȘtre dans la cour , trĂšs silencieux. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, dispose de quatre feux, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, machine Ă  laver et une grande salle de bains avec baignoire, idĂ©ale pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e d'exploration vivifiante dans le monde artistique de cette ville mystĂ©rieuse et fascinante.
L'appartement dispose d'air conditionné et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.
La fenĂȘtre du salon donne sur la Via dei due Macelli, oĂč se trouve le tout nouveau Rinascente, le plus Ă©lĂ©gant des grands magasins d'Italie. Je recommande le site archĂ©ologique Ă  l'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur avec les restes de l'aqueduc de Vergine et Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur la terrasse sur le toit, pour profiter en compagnie d'un bon apĂ©ritif, une vue aĂ©rienne panoramique sur les toits anciens et les nombreux dĂŽmes de Rome. Quelques mĂštres plus loin sur Via Crispi se trouve le parking payant de Via Ludovisi. Metro et supermarchĂ© sont Ă  distance de marche de la maison.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Our host Constanza took great care to introduce us to the property and had some great recommendations for us. The location is perfectly situated as a base from which to explore the broader city. The amenities were as described and the living space was very comfortable.

It was a great place to stay! Large apartment and fully loaded with all the necessities. AC worked great and an excellent location if you are wanting to explore the city of Rome. Many monuments and destinations are walkable from this spot!

Costanza was a wonderful host! Helped us with transportation to and from the apartment as well as for the next leg of our trip! She gave recommendations for shopping, registrants and much more! The location was wonderful! Nice area to walk to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, and local market for supplies if needed. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and decorated accordingly.

We had a wonderful stay everything was nice and neat. The vacation rental was clean. The host set up our pick up back to the airport and that went swell as well. The location is Superb. Everything was in great walking distance and made seeing some of the main sites easily accessible. Subway station in walking distance as well to get to other areas if you don' wish to take a taxi everywhere.I would definitely recommend this rental for a stay. We were rarely in the home but while there we did have a great rest and was able to refresh and be off for our next daily adventure. We were not there to use the kitchen for cooking or anything but again the location was wonderful. We did keep beverages cold in the fridge. I am ready to return and would use this location again. Attached I added some photos of Walking distance locations like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, A Great Pizzeria Restaurant and other reasonably walkable views.

This apartment was very spacious and very clean. If you are a light sleeper bring along some earplugs as the street is really loud 24 hrs. The location is great.

Fantastic Stay!

The condo was perfect for our stay! Clean, attractive, conveniently located and within walking distance to the main attractions, we were very pleased with our choice. And our hostess, Costanza, was a great communicator, friendly, informative & helpful. She provided a good map and took the time to recommend sites as well as places to eat. The best advice she gave us, however, was to “get lost here” — that was perfect for wandering all the fascinating and picturesque streets. We had a great stay!

The Best Location Ever

This apartment was perfect for our first ever visit the Rome. The best part is the location - you are within easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain in one direction and the Spanish Steps in the other direction. We also walked from here to the Pantheon and Roman Forum. Check in was smooth, the apartment was very clean, and so handy to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. Close to multiple grocery stores and good restaurants. The only thing we missed was a shower (there is a bathtub with a sprayer) but that's Europe. I would definitely stay here again!
