We had an absolutely wonderful time. Our host Constanza took great care to introduce us to the property and had some great recommendations for us. The location is perfectly situated as a base from which to explore the broader city. The amenities were as described and the living space was very comfortable.
Perfect location. Walking distance to most major sites. Bedroom very quiet. Note to next tenant: 3 short flights of steps to the apartment could be problematic for anyone with mobility issues. Overall it was the most convenient place.
It was a great place to stay! Large apartment and fully loaded with all the necessities. AC worked great and an excellent location if you are wanting to explore the city of Rome. Many monuments and destinations are walkable from this spot!
We had a great time in Rome. This apartment was located in the center of everything in a very busy area with the sites, shopping, restaurants, grocery store next to the apartment. Costanza was available to answer questions promptly. Everything was provided to our satisfaction.
Costanza was a wonderful host! Helped us with transportation to and from the apartment as well as for the next leg of our trip! She gave recommendations for shopping, registrants and much more! The location was wonderful! Nice area to walk to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, and local market for supplies if needed. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and decorated accordingly.
Perfect location, accurately represented, VERY helpful host went above and beyond to accommodate us, we are two elderly sisters with mobility issues.our only problems were the stairs a

Great location
Great location - was able to walk to nearly all major historical sites in the eternal city.
Cozy apartment in a great location close to the Spanish Steps. Neighborhood feels safe and is very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is well-provided for cooking. Bed is very comfortable and bedroom is quiet at night, even though the location is between 2 fairly busy streets. Nice closet space in the bedroom. Bath is deep and lovely for soaking. Costanza is a very responsive and communicative host, and we really appreciated her organizing a driver to pick us up at the airport. As others note, you do need to climb 3 flights of stairs, so this isn’t a place for someone with mobility issues.
We loved the location and the host was very friendly. She provided recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants and arranged car service from the airport. It was a fantastic first trip to Rome.
Great property. Excellent location! Easy walking distance to many places to see! Excellent dining within easy walking. Great location for all transportation! Highly recommend this property!
Very cute & close to everything. The Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps just a couple of blocks away. Host was very helpful with all of my questions about what to do & where to find things. Would definitely stay again!
Great apartment with everything that you might need. Close enough to major tourist attractions and tons of nice places to eat. Costanza was very helpful, answered all our questions right away and share some of her favorite locations to eat. We had a great time in Rome, thank you!
This apartment was very spacious and very clean. If you are a light sleeper bring along some earplugs as the street is really loud 24 hrs. The location is great.

Hi tina , thank you , it was nice meeting you, All the best !
This apartment was just as it was listed. It was so eady to get around Rome from here and there were endless restaurants to choose from. Communication was great with the manager. We would come back and will recommend to friends.
The condo was perfect for our stay! Clean, attractive, conveniently located and within walking distance to the main attractions, we were very pleased with our choice. And our hostess, Costanza, was a great communicator, friendly, informative & helpful. She provided a good map and took the time to recommend sites as well as places to eat. The best advice she gave us, however, was to “get lost here” — that was perfect for wandering all the fascinating and picturesque streets. We had a great stay!

My name is Costanza. I was born in Rome. I live in Trastevere, one of Rome’s unique neighborhoods. I speak fluent German and English. I have always been interested and curious about other cultures and religions. I love art in all its manifestations. In my free time I enjoy the soothing beauty of nature in the Tuscan countryside. I have worked over 10 years in the vacation-rental business. There is no better place than doing this business in Rome. I love Rome not only because it is my native city but also because it has infinite mysteries to disclose. After all this years living here, I am still enthusiastically exploring Rome’s art, history, museums, food, neighborhoods etc. And I can’t wait to share all this with you.
Why they chose this property
For just a short time this is your VACATION RENTAL, but remember you hold the key of someone’s cherished home. Show you care. Bring the garbage out & turn off the lights when you leave. If there’s something wrong make sure you call for help. Respect the Neighbors & house rules. Shop in local stores, speak to local people, cook local recipes. Be curious & flexible. Don’t compare your rental with your home, instead learn from how other people live. On your return remember to leave a review and praise all that you loved most. Your Vacation rental experience reflects you, so make it EXTRAORDINARY !!
