quiet and close to downtown

This is the perfect place to stay and have quiet yet still be close enough to experience Downtown. We liked the outside balcony to sit, relax, and watch the river go by. This is our 2nd stay at Riverside and we will be back!

Could use a little better cleaning but overall great stay! We booked the same day as our previous reservation had cancelled so they were super responsive and helped us out! Great space and location! Super comfy beds :)

Location and communication with property manager were fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. The property could use deep cleaning in one bathroom especially the shower and some furniture was a bit worn.

We stayed in Nashville for a long weekend to enjoy the honky-tonks and country music. We were pleasantly surprised with how close this location was to broadway and printers alley. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend. Tommy was very accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again in the future!

2nd Stay with Tommy for a weeklong John Prine Celebration in Nashville!

2nd year we have stayed for better part of a week at Tommy’s place on the Cumberland River. We generally walk to multiple venues, ex Ryman less than a mile. Close to Germantown restaurants & breweries. Safe for 60+ folks to walk to Broadway, CMHOF, & The Gulch area.Great communication with host!

We had an amazing time. We would definitely stay at this condo again. It was close enough to everything, but far enough where you had your privacy. The codo was clean and big enough for 4 adults. I would never stay in another hotel. Tommy was terrific and very responsive to all our requests.

Great Nashville Stay

Convenient stay looking out over the Cumberland River, easy & safe walk to Broadway, The Ryman, Nissan Stadium, German Town with great restaurants & plenty of music venues. The three of us are age 60-72 and our unit was on the 3rd floor, we were able to comfortably climb the stairs with luggage, there are no elevators, if that is a concern for mobility issues. Tommy was great to communicate with. Would like to stay here again on our Next 5 day visit to Nashville!

Girl’s Week

2nd year staying here. Perfect size for our party of 4 women. Owner is great to work with and responds promptly. Close to the pool which we did make use of. The only issue we had was using the oven (we set off the smoke detector every time). No big deal. I think it just needs a good cleaning. Since I’ve already stayed here twice, it goes without saying I would definitely stay here again.

Overall we definitely enjoyed this location and unit. It's cozy but just enough room for two couples to enjoy downtown Nashville. We often walked down to Broadway and then took an Uber back . The area is overall okay but thinking Uber at night would be best . We would stay here again if we visit. Given this was my first experience with VRBO my only hesitation was it was almost 3 o'clock before we got our access code . I will starting to get nervous but our contact was always friendly and prompt in responding to my emails as well as my phone call . Thanks Tommy we had a great time!

Convenient, comfortable, and better than staying at a hotel!

This place was awesome! Not only was it in an ideal location- close enough to walk to anywhere downtown Nashville (to the city, to Broadway, or along the riverwalk) yet nestled away from all of the noise, it also had all of the conveniences of home. All of the hotels were booked the last time we came to Nashville. So, we tried VRBO, and by chance, found Tommy's properties. Views from the balcony overlooking the river were peaceful, the condo was clean and designed nicely, beds were comfortable, and the extra amenities were a bonus- pool, laundry facility, covered parking, etc. - a much better option than staying at the hotels! Tommy was very professional and polite, and returned messages promptly. I will definitely be booking my future Nashville stays with Tommy (as well as pass this gem on to my friends). Thanks for everything, Tommy!! We had a great time!

Cute condo, but...

This was a cute little condo for a long weekend. Not ridiculously far from downtown. Unfortunately, I had to contact the property manager since I was not given an access code to enter. Overall, the place was somewhat clean however, the bedding (of all things) was filthy. We didn't realize the quilt was upside down on the bed. Not sure if that was to hide something but the edge of the quilt was black. The carpet also had several black spots. Not a bad place but it needs paint and a thorough cleaning.

Just what we were looking for!

This was our first time in Nashville and we wanted to be close enough to Broadway to walk there but far enough away that we could enjoy the sights an sounds of the river in our own quiet and secluded space. The condo was as advertised, it was clean, and in good condition, the location was exactly where we wanted it to be with a great river view! We had a few questions about how some things worked in the condo when we first arrived. We contacted our point of contact for the condo Tommy and he answered all of our condo questions and even some about the surrounding area. I want to be clear, Tommy was great! He was easy to contact, responded promptly and knowing that we had someone we could count on if we did have issues with the condo during our first visit to a new city helped us feel very comfortable during our stay in Nashville. We would absolutely consider staying in this condo again! Thanks Tommy!

This property is the perfect location everything, easy to get to and from Broadway and all the action. Some great restaurants within a block or two, great pool! Host Tommy was very quick and responsive! Could use some "deep" cleaning and some other kichen amenities like pots/pans. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was located close to all the action on North Broadway. It was easy to get to and find. The property was clean and we had no issue with parking either! The pool was great too. We had only one dishwasher pod on the first day and we were staying for 4, so I emailed property manager and there were more in the condo the next time I looked! We would stay here again! Had a great time in Nashville!

The condo was nice, parking is covered and shaded. It was clean and ready to stay when we arrived. Suggestion: black out curtains will help keep the bright early morning sun from coming in the rooms.

Why they chose this property

I believe you will like this condo for the same reason I love it. It is located in the heart of downtown Nashville between the world famous Broadway (Honky Tonks) and the Germantown neighborhood. I also live in the same development and I love to watch the sunrise over the river every morning. You will get to see a lot of wildlife, boats, barges, kayakers and paddle boarders pass by. Just a few blocks aways is the new Nashville Sounds baseball stadium. It brings a lot of life to the neighborhood and you can even see the guitar shaped jumbotron from the front balcony. It is only a leisurely 10 minute stroll along the river to Riverfront Park and a few more minutes to Broadway. There is a lot to see locally and you will find something either downtown or on the outskirts of town that will strike your fancy. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

What makes this property unique

The location alone is the best benefit. You cannot beat the views of the river from the balcony, living room and bedrooms. It is so peaceful you will forget you are downtown Nashville!
