Great apartment in Arrecife

The admin before we arrived was very good Jorge responded quickly to any questions. The apartment was clean, spacious for 2 people, with all equipment in working order. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t need them but the bedrooms didn’t have air con only fans. The location was excellent with easy access to the sea front and tourist areas and supermarkets nearby. There was an excellent coffee shop at the end of the road. It was self check in and check out and everything went smoothly. We would recommend this apartment if staying in Arrecife.

Buen trato y atención por parte del propietario. En el apartamento tenía , jabón para lavavajillas , para lavadora y geles en los baños que es raro , además en la nevera unas bebidas de bienvenida .

Excellent arrecife apartment

This was our second stay in one of Jorge’s apartments, we chose it because of the standard of the previous apartment & his hosting, which are both top notch. This stay didn’t disappoint Jorge met us outside the apartment, showed us around & explained all about the apartment, which was as expected, in superb condition. The apartment has everything you need & everything worked fine maybe the only downside would be there is no view from the lovely sunny balcony but don’t let that put you off staying We believe if you rebook to stay again the place must be ok, we have booked our next stay here

This Apartment is beyond 5 star quality it has everything you require decorated immaculately and tastefully all kitchen appliances are of a high standard very comfortable bed large T.V . Spacious elegant living

Very-well situated, just off the Calle Real, between El Charco and the beach. In an elegant, well-maintained building with an elevator. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and well-appointed, with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. It also has a spacious terrace that gets the sun. Jorge Fiestas Martin was friendly and helpful and it is very efficiently organised, including a helpful luggage storage room on our last day. Highly recommended.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten für eine Woche die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung angemietet. Und die Bilder im Netz stimmen zu 100% mit der Wohnung überein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir wurden von Jorge freundlich in Empfang genommen, haben den Parkplatz zugewiesen bekommen und anschließend hat Jorge uns die Wohnung erklärt. Die Matratze ist sehr bequem, die Terrasse ist genauso wie auf den Bildern mit ansprechenden Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet. Es passte alles. Die Wohnung kann ich ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen. Danke Jorge, wir kommen wieder Heide und Stephan Habíamos alquilado el apartamento amueblado con buen gusto durante una semana. Las fotos en la red coinciden al 100% con el apartamento. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy bien cuidado. Fuimos calurosamente recibidos por Jorge, se nos asignó el estacionamiento y luego Jorge nos explicó el apartamento. El colchón es muy cómodo, la terraza está equipada con atractivos muebles para sentarse como en las fotos de la red. Todo encajaba. Puedo recomendar el apartamento sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias Jorge, volveremos de nuevo Haide y Stephan

Excellent!

We had an excellent stay in Jorge's apartment from Christmas till New Year’s Day. Location downtown was very good, close Charco de San Ginés were you can find some good restaurants. Parking in the building was a bit difficult, but once we went through the procedure it became routine. Perfect apartment, everything is available to complete a perfect stay. Thanks Jorge!

This was a clean, modern apartment with all of the facilities needed for a comfortable stay

We were very pleased and happy with everything about this apartment. It was well located for the centre shopping and beach with good road access to the surrounding island. A large sunny balcony added to its charms and the host Jorge was helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who enjoys being aawsy from the ‘strip’

Apartamento y anfitrión de lujos

Pasamos dos semanas en Julio en este maravilloso apartamento. El apartamento es tal y como se aprecia en las imágenes. Un apartamento nuevo y decorado con mucho gusto, mimo y lujo de detalles. La cocina funcional con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios que harán las delicias de aquellos que incluso en vacaciones son "cocinillas". Un salón muy luminoso con un televisor enorme con acceso a canales internacionales y climatizado. Las habitaciones disponen todas de grandes armarios empotrados con capacidad de sobra y disponen todas de ventiladores de techo aunque no fueron necesarios dada la muy agradable temperatura nocturna . Las camas son comodísimas. Los cuartos de baños son enormes y se dispone de toallas de sobra. Un plus añadido era la amplia terraza amueblada de la que disfrutabamos a la caída del sol acompañados de una copa de vino de la tierra y la tranquilidad y frescura de las noches de Arrecife. La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable en plena zona comercial de Arrecife rodeada de tiendas y cafeterías y a pocos metros del charco de San Gines donde se dispone de una amplia variedad de restaurantes. El apartamento tiene asociado parking lo que viene muy bien para explorar la isla pero para moverse por Arrecife es totalmente inecesario puesto que todo se encuentra a distancia de un breve paseo. Pero lo mejor de la isla es la calidez de su gente, la amabilidad y buen trato que nos brindaron en todos los lados a los que fuimos. Máximo exponente de ese trato fantástico ha sido Jorge, nuestro anfitrión que desde el mismo momento de la reserva se desvivio por hacer nuestra estancia inolvidable. A pesar que nuestro vuelo aterrizaba a las 23;00 horas ahí estaba Jorge para hacernos entrega de las llaves y recibirnos con un vino de bienvenida. Durante toda nuestra estancia se interesó por nuestro bienestar y comodidad, solucionando inmediatamente las pocas necesidades que tuvimos. Aconsejándonos playas, lugares que visitar... Sólo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento hacia Jorge por su hospitalidad y predisposición de hacer nuestras vacaciones inolvidables. Muchas gracias Jorge!!!!! Por supuesto que solo podemos recomendar el apartamento. Nosotros por nuestra parte estamos deseando volver.
