DREAM VILLA EST UN BEAU STYLE SCANDINAVE, MAISON DE 3 CHAMBRES.

Répartie sur deux étages, cette villa dynamique est la maison idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances privées reposantes à Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote.

Le premier Ă©tage comprend deux chambres spacieuses et lumineuses. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double confortable, de placards et d'un accĂšs direct Ă  sa propre terrasse. La deuxiĂšme chambre a encore deux lits simples avec placards permettant beaucoup d'espace de stockage. Les deux chambres partagent une grande salle de bains avec lavabo, baignoire et douche.

La troisiÚme chambre est située au rez-de-chaussée avec un seul lit. Il y a une deuxiÚme salle de bain également avec douche, toilette et lavabo.
Les serviettes de bain et de piscine sont fournies à tous les invités.

Le salon lumineux et spacieux est décoré avec goût pour votre confort et dispose d'une télévision à écran plat avec port USB. La villa dispose de WIFI gratuit partout.
La cuisine moderne et bien équipée comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances, y compris une plaque de cuisson 4 feux, un four, un réfrigérateur congélateur, un four micro-ondes, une bouilloire, un grille-pain et de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle.

Des portes coulissantes en verre du sol au plafond mÚnent du confortable salon et coin cuisine à une terrasse privée avec quatre chaises longues, une table et quatre chaises. L'espace privé idéal pour profiter du soleil de l'aprÚs-midi et profiter d'un dßner en plein air.

La villa est située dans un complexe paisible avec une grande piscine commune et un solarium idéalement situé pour profiter du soleil toute la journée.

La rue principale de Puerto del Carmen se trouve à moins de cinq minutes à pied de cette fantastique maison et il y a un grand supermarché à moins de 100 mÚtres. L'emplacement est vraiment imbattable pour ceux qui veulent la paix et la vie privée, mais pas loin et pas une colline à marcher pour profiter de tout ce que Puerto del Carmen a à offrir.

we where here for a month and can highly recommend Dream House.Jeanette was a great host and communicator always responding immediately and kindly organised our Taxi back to the airport.also probably one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in,the only down size we had was the settee was very Uncomfortable otherwise would have been 5* for all categories

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, die Ausstattung gut. KĂŒche ausreichend ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Wunderschöne Terrasse mit verschiedenen Sitzecken und Liegen. Die Ferienanlage und die Wohnung waren sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Jeanette war sehr gut. Sie hat uns alles gut erklĂ€rt, zwischendurch nachgefragt und am Ende nochmals. Wir hatten ihre Telefonnummer und ĂŒber WhatsApp funktionierte die Kommunikation sehr gut. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Just got home from a wonderful 11 nights at Dreamhouse. 1st impressions when we walked in was it was spotless and smelt amazing. Everything was as described and more..The patio area is a real suntrap and gets the sun basically all day.The complex is cleaned regularly and often get the pool to yourselves but can get busy late afternoon which isnt a problem.The strip is a steady 10 min walk. The host was brilliant even wishing my wife a happy Birthday which i thought was a lovely gesture. On a side note we loved all the paintings (especially the one of the cat on the stairs ) . We wouldnt hesitate in recommending this holiday home and will hopefully stay again .

Gorgeous property in a great location. The apartment is exactly as described - very spacious and spotlessly clean. There was everything you could need in the kitchen and bedrooms. The location is ideal - quiet but also only a short walk to the main strip where there are numerous bars and restaurants and nice beaches. The check in was easy - just a lock box for the key and Jeanette kindly booked us a taxi to return to the airport- a 10 minute drive (16 euros). Would highly recommend

Just returned from a week at DreamHouse. What a fantastic house, we loved it. Perfect location, 5 mins walk to the main strip. Spotlessly clean, with a terrace to sunbathe all day. Lovely quiet pool area which we had mostly to ourselves. We will definitely stay here again...

Great stay at the Dream House

The Dream House was exactly as described in the information pack. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. The patio area at the back of the house had the benefit of all day sunshine and was a great place to enjoy alfresco dining and sunbathing. There is a big spar supermarket within a five minute walk and the many bars and restaurants on the strip were only a ten minute walk away. Our hosts provided all of the necessary information prior to our arrival and responded quickly to answer any queries that we had whilst we were there. We hope to be able to return again next year.

Fabulous property

Property as described and communication with owner excellent. Terrace with 4 comfortable loungers gets sun first thing and is sheltered from breeze. There is also a table and chairs provided on the terrace. The pool is directly opposite the property and the Spar supermarket is nearby. Avenida de Playas is a ten minute walk away where you there is a huge choice of restaurants, bars and shops. The property provides everything that you could possibly need for self catering although apart from toast at breakfast we went out for lunch and dinner. Beds very comfortable. Thanks to Jeanette for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Dream Stay

The photos don’t do the Dream House justice at all, my partner and I were especially blown away with the terrace and location. Besides the weather not being as great as we hoped, we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you Jeanette for allowing us to stay, you are the perfect host!

Very spacious apartment in quiet area

We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice apartment in a quiet and secure block only a short walk from the main strip. The accommodation has everything you would need with plenty of space and a large patio which catches the sun most of the day. Highly recommended.

Great location and property

I recently spent eight days at this property, and I can only echo the positive feedback from other guests. The communication with the owner was outstanding—every question we had was answered promptly, and they provided plenty of helpful information ahead of our arrival.We decided to hire a car, and while parking wasn’t an issue, we honestly didn’t need it. There’s a well-stocked Spar nearby, and it’s just a short -10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars.The property itself was immaculate, offering everything we needed, including excellent WiFi and UK TV channels.The resort was surprisingly busy for January—bars and restaurants were lively, and we found ourselves eating out every evening. Most nights, we had to make a reservation because places were quite full, and without one, there was usually a short wait to be seated.Overall, a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this place!

Fantastisch verblijf

We hadden eerst een andete locatie geboekt totdat deze langskwam. Ook goedkoper. Alles was perfect geregeld met de pincode voor de keybox. Het huisje was heel schoon en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De spar heel dicht bij. En de zwembad zat tegenover ons huisje wat je met een sleutel kon betreden. Mooie rustige buurt, maar wel alles op loopafstand. Ook een aanrader is autoverhuur anthon aan dezelfde straat. Hoed contact met jeaenette gehad die ook de taxi regelde voor de airport. Voor de volgende keer komen we zeker daar terug. En ik zal het ook aanbevelen aan famili en vrienden

Ideal accommodation

A great base for the resort, the walk to the front looks daunting on maps but isn't really that far and not too steep, the Spar is a 5 minute walk away and about 10 minutes to the front. We had plenty of space (3 bedrooms but we only used 1), the ground floor also has a shower and WC, nice lounge and kitchen area with a sun terrace to the rear. First floor has two good size bedrooms (master with a balcony) and a master bathroom. Good wardrobe space in all plus coat hooks in the ground floor bedroom. Washing machine iron and board all there if needed. The shared pool is right opposite and was very quiet while we were there. We've rented in resort quite a few times and this property is up there with the best, Jeanette is very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to take us back to the airport. A nice place we would 100% go back to

Perfect!

Lovely clean, well equipped house, just as advertised. Across the path from the communal swimming pool, although we were the only ones in there almost, for the whole week! 5 mins walk to a large Spar and ten mins walk from ‘The Strip’ with the choice of hundreds of restaurants. The owner always replied really quickly to us and even booked us a taxi to take us to the airport. A lovely break, which we hope to repeat next year. Thanks

Little Gem

The first thing when we arrived that stood out was how spotlessly clean this property is, it’s well equipped and comfortable. Really nice to have a downstairs toilet, lovely kitchen comfortable beds and the patio has table, chairs and four comfortable sun beds. It’s about a five minutes walk to the bars and restaurants on the strip, and a couple of minutes walk to a well stocked spar supermarket. The owner was very quick to respond to any correspondence and even booked us a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay which we really appreciated. We will definitely use this property again as we couldn’t find fault with it. Thank you

Another fantastic stay

We stayed in Dream house for 9 days this January. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there. Jeanette is so easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. The property is really comfortable and has everything you need. The location is perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to return.
