A bright and cozy 62 m² apartment with a private 60 m² terrace in the heart of Masnou – just a 5-minute walk from Ocata Beach and 17 km from Barcelona. Located on a quiet pedestrian street with a children's playground, it’s ideal for families and pet lovers: a pet-friendly beach is just a short walk away, perfect for a swim with your furry friend. The house has step-free access from the street (stairs are only needed to reach the terrace). Built in 2010 and fully renovated in 2024, it offers natural light throughout the day, air conditioning, heating, a Smart TV with satellite channels, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit tollem Dachgarten

Die Gastgeber sind spitze und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht und einen tollen Dachgarten mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage ist toll und gleichzeitig anstrengend. Es ist kein direkter Zugang mit dem Auto zum Apartment möglich. Die vierspurige Straße hörten wir deutlich. Die nächste Bahnstation ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Parkmöglichkeit ist für einen sehr guten Preis im Hafen möglich.

Die Wohnung war ausgezeichnet sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Parkplatz war gut gelegen und es war nicht weit zum Strand als auch zur Innenstadt Barcelonas. Vielen Dank an Esther und Alex.
