Very nice and spacious apartment in Badalona just 3 km from Barcelona.
The rent in high season of July and August is only made Saturday to Saturday. If it is not between Saturdays, please make a "Contact the owner” and check their dates (without making a reservation request to speak with the owner)

Completely renovated with new furnishings.
3 bedrooms and separate kitchen. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, microwave, air conditioning, flat screen TV, etc.

Perfect for what we needed

The communication throughout was great. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean, tidy and well furnished with all the facilities we need. Good proximity to local amenities with a lovely bakery down the road. Thank you very much!

Great spot away from the crowds

Lovely little apartment tucked away. We wanted to be just out of Barcelona to have a quieter evening but still close enough. Two metro stops near by. 12 mins to Sagrada familia. We spent our evenings local to the apartment. Lots of little bars, restaurants and shops. Couple of bakery’s too. The apartment is equipped enough to cook and do washing. 3 spacious bedrooms. Check in and communication was easy. Hosts were great. Resolved our queries

Great place for a family

This property is a great place for a family to stay. I stayed for a week with my two children and it was so nice to have space to ourselves, yet a common area to eat dinner and hang out. The neighborhood is great. Stores and restaurants are literally right around the corner. We felt safe in the neighborhood walking around during the day and in the evenings. The neighborhood has graffitti, don't let that put you off! Graffiti is in many urban areas around the world. In this neighborhood you will see families, mothers walking their children to school, children playing futbol in the streets, friends meeting and having a few drinks at the local cafes. It's about a 20 minute or so Metro ride from many of the tourist areas. Well worth the stay.

Soccer camp

My 2 boys, hubby, and I stayed in Badalona because it was close to the soccer camp they were to participate in. Location was great in terms of distance from camp but, if you plan to rent a car like we did, parking is a nightmare! If you don’t plan to have a rental car then no problem…..metro a 7 min walk, bus a 2 min walk……gym a 7 min walk, bank 2 min walk, restaurants 1 block over, and small grocery stores every where. The hosts were wonderful! The washer was not working properly so they ended up purchasing a new one so we wouldn’t have to be without one for a few days ( w 2 boys in soccer camp we did a load every day!). Would definitely stay in same place next time we go!

Immersed in a great neighborhood setting!

We really enjoyed our stay, as this was in a suburb of Barcelona (Badalona) where we were able to experience the day-to-day activity of the community and had shopping/markets/restaurants right around the corner. We were also a short walk from the train to the downtown area. The train was much cheaper than Uber rides, but Uber was available for the trips to the airport at 3 a.m. Probably would have ridden the train more in the beginning if we had checked it out sooner. Ubers only take up to four people and we had 5, so the Ubers for 5 to 6 people are not always around. Had a great experience going to see the "Flamenco" dance/show downtown. A wonderful experience going to the beach on the Mediterranean, and up on the mountaintop to the fort. So much great history and architecture. Also took the high speed train to Madrid and did a bus tour there. Quite the great memories created with our family, and it was ALWAYS nice to come home to a safe, clean apartment that gave us all we needed to enjoy this trip. Very clean unit with comfortable beds. Enough space for everyone to spread out and have their own area and privacy. Tankless hot water heater meant that we never ran out of hot water with showers for 5 people. Power went out once, but owners were available to tell us how to reset the circuit breakers and never had an issue after that. Great people and easy to check in and communication was great! We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Spain.

Visitor from Morocco: I enjoyed staying in this beautiful, quiet, and clean apartment during my stay in Barcelona. It was close to public transportation, including buses and the metro, and all essential services. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. My children loved it. I highly recommend it for families.زائر من المغرب: استمتعت بالإقامة في هذه الشقة الجميلة والهادئة والنظيفة خلال إقامتي في برشلونة. كانت قريبة من المواصلات العامة، بما فيها الحافلات والمترو، وجميع الخدمات الأساسية. كانت الشقة مجهزة تجهيزا كاملا بكل ما نحتاجه. أحبها أطفالي كثيرا. أنصح بها بشدة للعائلات.ترحيب حار.Warm welcome.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Appartement spacieux, bien situé pour visiter Barcelone, avec le métro à proximité. Proche des commerces aussi. Communication très facile et agréable, les propriétaires sont réactifs.Bémol : bar en face dans la rue, très bruyant le vendredi et samedi soir ( jusqu'à 3h du matin)Calme le reste de la semaine.

Pratique mais bruyant

Le logement est situé dans une banlieue populaire accessible en métro, ce qui est assez pratique. Le gros point noir est le bruit. L'appartement est un parfait pied à terre, bien équipé, fonctionnel, mais pas du tout fait pour se reposer. L'immeuble est très bruyant, et l'appartement n'est pas du tout isolé, donc on vit et dort au rythme de la rue :)

Eine super Zeit in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Vollausstattung in super Lage!Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und für eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern ideal! Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer und WLAN gab es auch ! Der Vermieter war super freundlich und wir konnten sogar ohne zusätzliche Kosten bis zum Nachmittag bleiben, da unser Flug erst am Abend ging! Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Séjour à Badalona

Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Bien équipé. Hôte très réactif à nos différentes requêtes et flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Près des transports en commun et à 20 minutes minimum des premiers sites à visiter à Barcelone. Un petit bémol sur la propreté, le propriétaire devrait prévoir une société de nettoyage. Bon séjour en général.

Handige locatie

Groot genoeg, compleet, goede bedden en schoon! Dicht bij metro en supermarkt. De douche is wel drama. Heel erg klein, water wisselt steeds van temperatuur en je moet de douchekop in je hand houden, je kan deze niet ophangen. Erg gehorig appartement. Je hoort alles van gezin wat boven woont en mensen buiten. Parkeren is een drama, kom dus zonder auto. Als je weinig eisen hebt, is het een prima appartement voor niet teveel geld.

Wonderful stay in neighborhood near Barcelona

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment outside the city. It was a really cool neighborhood with lots of options for food, market and grocery. Super easy access to the metro to get into the city. We had lots of fun!

Po raz pierwszy pisze opinie. Mieszkanie jest ładne , jeżeli chodzi o czystość, to gdyby sprzątanie było w cenie , a nie że każdy po sobie sprząta, to może byłoby częściej 🙃 Okolica chyba nie należy do najlepszych Barcelony, ale za to wszystko pod domem, sklepy, apteki, restauracje, ale za taką cenę nie można więcej wymagać. Uważajcie gdzie auto parkujecie, bo nam auto odcholowali i było to drogie😁 postawiliśmy się na miejscu dla inwalidów. Znaku żadnego nie widzieliśmy, był przyczepiony gdzieś na ścianie od domu🙄 Krótko pisząc , tam gdzie żółta linia nie można się stawiać.

Die Wohnung hat leider wenig Annehmlichkeiten. Die Betten sind wahrscheinlich schon seit mehreren Jahren durchgelegen und benötigen neue Matratze. Die Küche eignet sich gerade einmal zum Lagern von Bestecks und Teller. Die Dusche bedarf einer neuen Beschreibung. Alt, schimmelbefallen und wechselnde Temperaturen machen das Duschen zu einer Notwendigkeit. Es wird angegeben, dass die Reinigung nicht berechnet wird, es wird aber Licht angegeben, dass man auf die Sauberkeit des Vormieters angewiesen ist. Denn sonst erfahrt die Wohnung keine Reinigung. Wir reisen viel und haben uns selten so unwohl gefühlt. Und das auch noch für die Summe. Hier wird der Gast gemolken
