Cet appartement est dans une 'finca regia' (bùtiment historique à préserver), entiÚrement rénové, avec 2 chambres à coucher, cuisine, salle de bain et salle à manger (si vous trouvez que notre appartement est complet, veuillez considérer notre autre appartement, avec prÚs de la Sagrada Familia, plus grande, calme, propriété 3678125, s'il vous plaßt vérifier).

Appartement récemment rénové, situé dans une finca regia, une façade historique, dans le centre-ville de Gràcia, dans la ville de Barcelone.

Dans la partie de la ville de Gràcia, vous serez juste au milieu de toutes les Ɠuvres maütresses de Gaudi, à savoir la Sagrada Familia, le Parc Guell et La Pedrera (premiùre image).

L'appartement est situé à Torrent de l'Olla, prÚs de la Plaça del Sol, du marché, des cinémas Verdi, de nombreux restaurants et de tous ces objets dans une atmosphÚre de designer et d'artiste.

Depuis un vieil appartement, nous avons crĂ©Ă© une atmosphĂšre unique mĂȘlant la partie vintage et les matĂ©riaux les plus rĂ©cents, avec des meubles et des lampes fabriquĂ©s Ă  la main et des meubles et lampes de designers (Resol, My Oruga, Kare Design, Paul Neuhaus, Paulmann, Comes).

La climatisation et le chauffage, de bons matelas et un balcon seront parfaits pour profiter de quelques jours de détente dans la ville animée de Barcelone.

Être dans la banlieue de Gracia est un must pour plonger dans le Barcelone crĂ©atif et crĂ©atif, vous verrez cela!

Pour les enfants, nous proposons des jeux, des livres, une chaise haute et un lit pour bébé, si nécessaire.

Appartement disposant d’un ascenseur pour monter les bagages. Non nĂ©gligeable pour les 4 Ă©tages Ă  faire. Évier de la salle de bain bouchĂ©. L’eau ne s’écoule pas. Air climatisĂ©e serait Ă  laver. Des rĂ©sidus se trouvaient sur le sol Ă  chaque matin Ă  notre rĂ©veil. Une seule coupe de vin et une seule coupe de bulles. Plusieurs tasses. La cafetiĂšre Ă©tant dĂ©fectueuse, on nous a suggĂ©rĂ© de prendre la cafetiĂšre Ă  l’italienne disponible, mais cela ne convenait pas Ă  nos besoins. Nous avons toutefois adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour et bien mangĂ© dans les alentours. Merci!

Disappointed

On the positive side, the apartment is well located in an area full of restaurants and shops. On the negative side, the beds in the bedrooms are really smaller in reality than in pictures. After the first night of sleeping inconfortable we had to sleep in a separate bedrooms for a little more room. The sink in the bathroom is clogged, so when you brush your teeth the water rises and you have to wait for it to empty slowly. The welcome from the owner or the person in charge is simply poor, we had to manage to find the apartment unit cause they never bother to respond our texts. After finding the unit, it was the cleaning lady who opened the door for us. The door of the balcony located at the bedroom does not close properly, and it is very accessible from the apartment next door, not to mention that there is no safety box to keep valuable things. There’s a parking very close to the apartment, but extremely expensive. Although this is not responsibility of the owner, it is something that as visitors we would have liked to know before. At the end, we decided to leave 2 nights before our departure

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen, lebhaften Gracia. Das Haus liegt an einer Einbahnstraße, aber dennoch hat man viel Verkehr, den man auch hört. Wer es ruhig braucht, sucht besser woanders. Die Mieter im Haus haben wir aber kaum gehört. Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock und das ist es gut, dass es einen Aufzug gibt. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht. Auch ein paar Basis-Lebensmittel waren vorhanden. SpĂŒlmaschinen-Tabs waren auch ausreichend da. Die Betten sind recht neu und durchaus bequem.Bad und WC sind neu und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Zu dritt war genug Platz. So passten wir auch alle auf das bequeme Sofa - sowas braucht man ja nach einem langen Tag in Barcelona. Ansonsten gibt es nur StĂŒhle. Am Esstisch konnten vier Personen sitzen. Es gibt Internet, aber kein Smart-TV. Also auch lediglich spanische Sender. Die Spiele-Auswahl findet sich ziemlich zusammengewĂŒrfelt in einem Karton - wir haben nicht versucht, dass zu sortieren. Ach ja: das schöne GebĂ€ude auf dem Foto ist nicht das Haus mit der Ferienwohnung! Barcelona-Kenner haben das sowieso erkannt - ich nicht. Allerdings ist das jetzt in der Objektbeschreibung auch ganz deutlich zu lesen. In der NĂ€he gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Lokale. Metro und Bus sind nicht weit weg. Das Auto braucht man in Barcelona wirklich nicht. Direkt gegenĂŒber der Wohnung gibt es Super-Eis - unbedingt probieren (lasst euch nicht durch die kleinen Becher tĂ€uschen: da passt viel rein!).

Apartment was clean and neat, and communications with Teo was good. We felt safe in the neighborhood, but a little noisy with the garbage trucks coming a couple of times during the night. AC was not up to par, felt humidity in the front rooms the few days we stayed. Elevator very narrow and small. Fits two with luggage at most. Dining area little on the dark side.

Fab location. The apartment was spacious with everything you need. Some of the units in the bathroom were a little worn but it was all immaculate and tastefully decorated. Staff were fantastic.

Great place - clean, conveniently located, and spacious for our needs. As Canadians we are used to A/C so that was a hard adjustment for us as one of the rooms didn’t have it at all and the window had to stay open... It’s also very close to the garbage which gets collected in the middle of the night, but otherwise, we were very happy with our place and where it was for getting around. Our flight also arrived very early and they allowed us to drop-off our luggage and pick up the key so that we could enjoy the day in Barcelona - ¡Muchas gracias!

Saubere Unterkunft mit guter Lage

Die Kommunikation und der Check in waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Abends und nachts ist ein gewisser LĂ€rmpegel vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind okay. Ein großes Laken ist jeweils als Decke vorhanden.

Wonderful Experience

We were checking in for one day to go to the Barcelona Futbol game. They accommodated us needing to check in early and leave our bags in the place. Very easy to get to stadium from here due to metro green being close.

We stayed for one week in the apartment. Everything was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and the two squares on either side of us were filled with restaurants, cafes, and bars. The small Condis grocer had everything we needed and it was super easy to either hail an Uber from the front sidewalk or grab any green lit taxi driving by. Highly recommend.

Great location

The picture of the building on the listing is a bit misleading and on arrival thought this is not where i thought we were staying and therefore initially felt disappointed. However we loved the location, lots of lovely squares, artisan shops and great restaurants. On saturday the place comes alive with a great street market. The area is full of local people and we felt we had a true spanish experience. The apartment worked well and had everything we needed and was great value for money for Barcelona. We would definately return

Barcelona city is where we lived together, my wife HĂ©lĂšne and myself, from 1998 to 2002.

We moved to Sant Cugat suburb but we promised ourselves to trying to buy our own apartment in Gracia, to coming back to retire, and meanwhile renting it to people interested in knowing more about Gracia suburb and Barcelona as a whole.

You will like the apartment as soon as you will see it in pictures (more pictures will be soon available, but we couldn't wait anymore to show you our flat).

As soon as you are in front of the building, you will see this old well preserved façade and you will see the iron hand-made door, 100 years old, and you will be in it.

Till we have not yet the elevator, you will go upstairs, all in iron hand-made, observing the vintage doors and the natural light coming from the roof, till you will be in front of your new house.

The flat has been refurbished with much love and for you and for us. We want to share it with you!

On the right side you will see the refurbished flat but trying to leave it as it was, 100 years ago. That means we 'saved' the floor and the roof (see pictures).

In front of you, you will the see hand-made furniture with old tiles made by Justo, and a porcelain lamp made by Arianna Russo, our italian artist friend.

On the left side, a perfect new kitchen and bathroom, with best materials and Bosch machines.

On the left side at the end, the other sleeping room, with a modern design style.

On both rooms my wife created the bed tables from old cupboards. The result is amazing, like a children's dream, you will see and experience it!

2 air conditioning and several heating machines will ensure you a comfortable stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwaves).

For children we offer games, books, high chair and bed for baby, if needed.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange for you the pick up at the airport and driving to the flat.
