Pleasant two-bedroom house close to the sea and shops

South facing house - 60 m² living space - located in a quiet area. It consists of a living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, oven), a bathroom with double sink and washing machine, a separate double WC, two bedrooms overlooking the terrace with each a large 160 bed (can be separated into two single beds) and large closet. Wooded courtyard with south-facing terrace equipped with a table and garden chairs, deckchairs and a gas barbecue. Bike storage. Parking in the immediate vicinity.

Séjour magnifique dans cette jolie maison. Les propriétaires vous accueillent et vous conseillent sur votre séjour dans la région. La maison est très équipée, il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et d’ustensiles pour cuisiner. Rien ne manque. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin clos et fleuri. Un magasin se trouve à 2 pas de la maison, très pratique. L’environnement est calme et reposant. A recommander.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable (bien équipée et très bien agencée). Tout le nécessaire est à proximité et nous avons pu rayonner en velo dans l'île pour profiter des plages et des balades. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Parfaite petite maison pour un séjour à l'île de Ré

Petite maison idéalement située, à quelques minutes à vélo des petits commerces de Sainte-Marie et de La Noue, des vignes et du bord de mer. La maison est très fonctionnelle, en parfait état et très propre, avec des places de parking juste à côté. L'environnement est très calme. Bref, c'est idéal pour un séjour à l'île de Ré.

Des propriétaires à l'écoute, une maison d'une propreté impeccable, ultra-bien agencé, au calme au bout d'une impasse, sans aucun bruit de voisinage ni de circulation (non négligeable sur l'Ile-de-Ŕe au mois d'août!), avec une courette extérieure digne d'un magazine de paysagisme, tout était parfait! Nous serions bien restés une semaine de plus...

Logement impeccable et très bien équipé, à proximité immédiate des commerces et du centre du village. La plage est toute proche également. La localisation de ce logement dans un clos tranquille est idéale. Cerise sur le gâteau : en plus d'être un endroit très calme, il y a une tres belle terrasse avec barbecue et un très beau jardin clos. Départ facile pour les balades à vélo. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Un super séjour! Nous reviendrons! Bonne continuation à M et Me Doureau
