Beautiful wooden house with lots of charm and comfort and a sunny garden

Located 7 minutes walking distance from the subway station, and 10 stops to the city center. Close to nature, lakes and several playgrounds

The house has three floors. On the top floor there are three bedrooms (one master and two single), one toilet with sink and shower and a small TV area with a sofa bed. On the entrance floor there is the kitchen and living room / dining area. From the living room there is an entrance to the terrace. The terrace's stairs lead down to the garden. In the basement there is one toilet with sink and shower, a laundry room and a hobby room.
The fantastic designed garden offers several areas to relax. A beautiful greenhouse / orangery with a sofa and table for spending summer evenings, sunbeds and two private parking spaces.

Beautiful house with good metro link

We loved our stay in this fabulous house! Lots of room for 2 adults and 3 teens, and everyone could have their own space. The house is beautifully decorated with excellent appliances, and it is generously equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's in a quiet residential area, only a ten minute walk to the metro which then brings you into the city centre in about 15 minutes. The communication in advance of our stay was excellent, and a comprehensive information pack was available in the house. We really couldn't recommend this house more!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und gut gelegen. Sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem weniger als 10 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn. Leider gab es ein kleines Problem, aber Joakim hat sehr schnell geantwortet und reagiert. Das Haus und der Vermieter kann ich wärmstens empfehlen

Prima luxe vakantiehuis met mooie tuin. Slapen in de kelder is niet echt comfortabel. Het zou fijn zijn als er 4 volwassenen op de eerste etage kunnen slapen.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und einem schönen Garten in sehr ruhiger Lage. Bahnhof, Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit der Bahn ist man in ca. 20 Minuten im Zentrum Stockholms. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Stockholm

Wir haben uns in Joakims und Monicas charmanten Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. In allen Punkten verdienen sowohl das Haus, in Bezug auf die Lage, Ausstattung, Atmosphäre, etc., als auch die Vermieter Joakim und Monica hinsichtlich ihrer Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft, die volle Punktzahl. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top Haus!

Sehr schönes, super gut ausgestattetes Haus: alles vorhanden, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen, komplette Küchenausstattung mit tollen Top-Geräten. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, alles gepflegt und ordentlich. Wundervoller Garten mit schönen gemütlichen Ecken, romantischer Wintergarten und sogar eine outdoor-Küche! Man kann die Möglichkeiten des Hauses gar nicht alle nutzen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen gepflegten Wohngegend; fußläufig U-Bahn-Station und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir sind oft mit dem Rad in die Stadt gefahren (ca. 20 - 30 min, je nach Ziel), sehr gute Radwege! Auch in der Umgebung viel Natur mit schönen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten per Rad. Wir können das Haus und die netten Vermieter unbedingt weiterempfehlen!!

Idyllische Wohlfühloase

Das Haus ist bestens gelegen, mit kurzen Wegen zur U-Bahnstation und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung ist top. Der Garten lädt zum Ausspannen und Verweilen ein. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war perfekt. Das Haus liegt im Grünen und hat einen sehr schönen Garten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Stockholm fahren. Es war eine wunderschöne Woche.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt

Dieses Ferienhaus lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wahrscheinlich das beste Ferienhaus, in der wir je waren. Kurz zusammengefasst: Lage, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Garten, alles Top - 5 Sterne. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Perfekt zum kochen und geniessen. Der Garten eine Oase fast mitten in der Stadt. Herrlich. Und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es sehr viele in der Nähe. Es war für Gross und Klein eine super Zeit, vielen Dank!

Schönste Unterkunft

Ein tolles Haus, super ausgestattet, wunderschön eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Im Winter haben wir besonders die Sauna genossen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Haus befindet sich in einer guten Gegend, die Anbindung in die City ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in idealer Lage mit den perfekten Gastgebern

Das Haus ist wunderschön renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist ideal, nahe an der Stadtmitte und den Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem im Grünen. Mit der U- Bahn ist alles problemlos zu erreichen, die Haltestelle ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Dort befinden sich auch zwei Supermärkte. Joakim und seine Frau Monica sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben. Vielen Dank an die beiden!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dem Haus!!!

Unsere fünfköpfige Familie hatte eine unvergessliche Zeit in Enskededalen. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Garten in einer tollen Umgebung. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr grünen Wohngebiet, dicht an tollen Spielplätzen und einem sehr schönen Naturschutzgebiet mit Bademöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns in den sechs Wochen unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat eine tolle Küche, ein geräumiges und gemütliches Wohnzimmer und ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in verschiedene Räume (u.a. ein beeindruckendes Heimkino). Besonders wohl haben wir uns in dem grünen Garten gefühlt; ein Highlight ist hier bestimmt das Glashaus! Mit Joakim hatten wir durchgehend eine sehr gute Kommunikation. Er und seine Frau haben uns bei Fragen immer zeitnah unterstützt. Wir hoffen, dass sich vielleicht in Zukunft nochmal die Möglichkeit für uns bietet, in Stockholm zu wohnen. Sehr gerne dann wieder in dem Haus!
