About this property

Own jetty by the sea, 18 km to Stockholm city

The house was built in 2005 on a large beach plot in a protected sea bay in Stockholm's inner archipelago, its own water and jetty with sailboat depth. The living space is a total of about 50 square meters with a large glass section facing the balcony and the sea. The house has an open floor plan with combined kitchen and living room with sofa (sofa bed), TV and large window / door onto the terrace and a fantastic view of the water, as well as a wood burning stove. There is also a kitchen area with glass ceramic hob, hot air oven, fridge and kettle. Adjacent to the family room is a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. At the entrance to the site you can park your car.

A Magic Place

My wife and I loved this spot and our stay here. Susanne communicated very well and was a delight. She was more than helpful with advice and recommendations. The cabin is more beautiful in person than the pictures show—a perfect blend of rustic and modern. The views across the inlet were stunning and always changing. The mattress in the bedroom is firm, and we slept well. The kitchen is very well equipped and worked for 2 cooks despite its size. The fireplace and candles made nightfall so restful. We can’t recommend this enough!

Traumurlaub

Das Haus und die Lage könnten schöner nicht sein.Susanne ist eine sehr nette und hilfreiche Gastgeberin.Wir kommen unbedingt wieder.Ein Muss: mit der FĂ€hre nach Stockholm fahren, rudern und ein Besuch im Artipelag.... und die grandiose Aussicht am Steg genießen.

Ein sehr gut renoviertes kleines Ferienhaus direkt am Wasser. Die Lage in den SchÀren in der NÀhe von Stockholm ist wirklich hervorragend.

Nous avons passé un séjour superbe dans ce lieu unique. Cette petite maison est trÚs bien pensée et la vue est sublime. Idéal pour se reposer à 2 pas de Stockholm dans un lieu authentique. Les propriétaires ont été adorables et les explications parfaites. Possible de s'y rendre en bus (15 minutes à pieds de la maison) mais la voiture me semble indispensable si l'on a des valises ou pour faire les courses.

Ein Schwedentraum

Es war wirklich alles so, wie man sich Schweden vorstellt. Ein schönes HĂ€uschen in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundliche Nachbarn. Sie bieten ihre Hilfe an, lassen einen aber auch ungestört. Wir wĂŒrden immer wieder gern Urlaub in diesem HĂ€uschen machen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, den wir nie vergessen werden.

Traumhaft!

Schöner als Christoph R.'s "TrĂ€umerei" (Mai 2023) könnten wir es auch nicht sagen! Dank der großen Fenster hatten wir auch bei schlechtem Wetter einen schönen Blick nach draußen und konnten die Tiere beobachten. Übrigens, wir sind mit dem stĂŒndlich fahrenden Bus angereist und das ging prima: Von Stockholm kommend (Slussen) muss man in Orminge Centrum umsteigen, dort gibt's Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. (Am Nachmittag gibt es von Stockholm auch durchgehende Busverbindungen.) Von der Bushaltestelle Skanska Garden sind es noch knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg zum HĂ€uschen. Gut gefallen hat uns auch das in der NĂ€he gelegene Naturschutzgebiet mit gekennzeichneten Wanderwegen.

Ankommen und Runterfahren!

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön. In der KĂŒche war eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Das Schlafzimmer ist fĂŒr 2 Personen geeignet. Wir waren zu Dritt, da musste einer auf dem Sofa schlafen, dass war aber kein Problem! Die Umgebung war seeeehr schön, man kann hier wunderbar entspannen und runterfahren. Den Preis fĂŒr das Haus pro Nacht fand ich etwas zu hoch angesetzt. Ansonsten gab es wirklich nix zu meckern. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Man konnte sie jederzeit erreichen. Vorteil: Sie konnte sehr gut deutsch! Ein rundum sehr gelungener Urlaub!

TrÀumerei

Ein wundervoller Ort. Ein Haus fĂŒr Zwei. Direkt am Wasser. Gelegen auf einer Halbinsel vor Stockholm. Die kleine Zufahrtsstraße ist eine Sackgasse. Es ist eine Flucht aus dem Alltag. Das Haus ist dank bodentiefer Fenster lichtdurchflutet. Der Blick geht immer raus aufs Wasser. Das beruhigt und entschleunigt. Wer möchte kann Tiere beobachten oder einen kleinen Bootsausflug mit dem Ruderboot machen das zum Haus gehört. Die Einrichtung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die KĂŒche ist neuwertig und komplett eingerichtet. Das WLAN schnell. Der Kamin sorgt fĂŒr behagliche GemĂŒtlichkeit. Die Gastgeber wohnen in der Nachbarschaft und sind sehr bemĂŒht den Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem zu machen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Der nĂ€chste Supermarkt ist ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt. Der Bootsanleger fĂŒr die FĂ€hre nach Stockholm City auch. Die FĂ€hre braucht ca. 30 Minuten bis ins Zentrum der Hauptstadt. Ein Haus an einem Ort zum verlieben. Ein kleines StĂŒck von Paradies um Körper und Seele zur Ruhe kommen kommen zu lassen.

The Most AMAZING experience!!

My wife and I selected this beautiful location for our honeymoon, and it FAR exceeded our expectations! Susanne is absolutely amazing...worked with us from the start, ensured that we were comfortable with our plans and that we would be taken care of, provided us an absolutely beautiful place with all the wonderful amenities exactly as listed, and stayed in communication with us the entire time to make sure that our stay was great! She was even sweet enough to stop by as we were leaving to say goodbye. After many years and trips to many locations, this was by far the best experience. Don't hesitate to take this property. We will be coming back!!!

Idyllisch und empfehlenswert

Sehr schönes Haus und sehr idyllisch am Wasser gelegen. Netter Empfang es war geheizt und es brannte Licht. Und es gab einen Willkommensgruß Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut. Bei Sonnenschein bestimmt noch schöner. Der Bus fĂ€hrt in der NĂ€he und es ist alles gut erreichbar.

Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours dans cette jolie petite maison avec terrasse en bois et face Ă  la mer. SĂ©jour trĂšs calme et reposant. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t. Cute and Comfortable

Susanne and her family warmly welcomed us, and easily answered all of our questions as we had them. We enjoyed beautiful views from the comfort of the deck and little rowboat. We particularly liked watching the ducks building a nest by the tree and the beautiful bunny who would stop to nibble their dinner. Its proximity to nature ensured an idyllic vacation for us.

Un belle semaine de juillet au bord de la Baltique

Une petite maison dans l’Archipel de Stockholm dans un environnement calme et magnifique oĂč la nature est intacte . TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, et joliment dĂ©corĂ©e elle se situe Ă  15mn en voiture d’un arrĂȘt de Ferry nous avons pu profiter de Stockholm et de ses Ăźles merveilleuses . Une escapade suĂ©doise trĂšs largement Ă  la hauteur de nos attentes, de plus sous le soleil ☀. Nous n’avons pu croiser notre hĂŽte Susanne , mais elle a Ă©tĂ© , dĂšs la rĂ©servation, extrĂȘmement prĂ©sente par mail et a rĂ©pondu Ă  nos demandes trĂšs rapidement .Merci pour tout

Wunderschönes kleines Haus direkt am Wasser

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Es liegt direkt am Wasser. Hier kann man, egal bei welchem Wetter, die Seele baumeln lassen, Tiere beobachten und völlig entspannen. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Aussenterasse direkt am Wasser. Mit dem dazugehörigen Ruderboot kann man die nahelegen kleinen Inseln erkunden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und schön. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und immer als Ansprechpartner fĂŒr uns da.

En oas nÀra Stockholm City

En fin liten stuga direkt intill en lugn havsvik. LÀtt att bada frÄn bryggan. VÀldigt lugnt och vackert. En behaglig plats att koppla av pÄ. Ett mycket vÀnligt och hjÀlpsamt vÀrdpar. Allt detta drygt 20 minuter frÄn Stockholm C med bil.
