The property is situates in a secluded country lane and benefits from country views and a balcony . It is accessible on the ground floor and comprises entrance hall, open plan kitchen and living room with a double bedroom and ensuite with shower. The kitchen is fully fitted including a washing machine and dryer as well as cooker, hob, fridge and sink. The property is let fully furnished with TV. Situated less than five minutes drive from the Broads National Park, and less than thirty minutes from Norwich and the Suffolk coast. The Norfolk resorts of Great Yarmouth and Gorleston are less than 9 miles away making it ideally located for holiday makers.

The Annex.
A lovely quiet stay in a tiny village away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Handily located for visiting a lot of places in Norfolk. If you are addicted to mobile phones there is hardly any service and almost no internet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The 'annex' has a nice size bedroom with an ensuite. And a nice sized open lounge/kitchen area. Jane was very friendly and helpful. For the price we were charged it was well worth every penny.

I am pleased they enjoyed their stay Mobile phone usage depends on your supplier I use O2 without an issue but what's app is a useful option. I had an Internet fault during their stay But the area is being switched on to super broad band very soon within weeks They were lovely guests as part of the bonus of letting my annex is the chance to meet new people
