All One Level Basement Unit Large Great Room Kitchen 3 bed 2 baths

Come stay in our 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home. Fully stocked with everything you might need. This is the lower unit. The upper unit is occupied. We are located 1 mile west of Main Street- close to everything but removed enough for some privacy too! EV charging available, asphalt parking area, lovely view, lots of space for gatherings! Gazebo and fire pit available. Full kitchen plus mini fridges, coffee makers and microwaves available on each side of unit for convenience of guests. Beach towels and camp chairs available for use in back yard or at the swimming pool.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great set up!! Can rent 1 room, or 3! Easy to find. Easy to access with a door code. As we rented all three rooms, the instructions were a little confusing that there were three doors with codes. But upon arrival, we realized we only needed to use one door to access all three rooms. And it was great! Decorated cute. Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied. Nice island and counter space. Lots of pans and kitchen plates/bowls/tools. Dining table is big enough for 6 adults to comfortably play games. They supplied beach towels-but they are quite small. Beautiful view of the mountain- (prob better during winter with no RV's at the campground.) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will stay again.

Spacious and well-appointed

We had plenty of room to socialize in the living room and we appreciated each having our own bedroom and bathroom. The place was quiet, with a wonderful view of the mountain. The deer walking by were a bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

I grew up in Lava Hot Springs and love the area! Amazing people tucked away in a darling small town~so much fun to get away from it all! My husband and I plan to retire there someday~so in the meantime, come and enjoy this space we've created just for you! We love all the fun summer and winter activities and the beautiful scenic views. Come fall in love!

Why they chose this property

This is where I grew up! Small farm with lots of memories while working the ground and raising animals-- It is now Smith's Trout Haven where I spent my teen years measuring and cleaning fish! You can see the mountains, the famous Lava "L", the golf course in the distance and the river running through the campground below. It's perfect!

What makes this property unique

This property is located just one mile west of Main Street- so close to all the downtown action but just enough removed to have some space away too. Is your group camping and you want to be with them but need the conveniences of a home? This is the place! This home sits just above the Smith's Trout Haven Campground where your group can tent or camp and you can walk down and join them-- Then come back up to sleep in your bed. Perfect!
