Overlooking Lake Arenal, this unique villa sits in the hills of Aguacate, a peaceful town just outside of Nuevo Arenal. This property has it all, lake views, large garden with many fruit trees, privacy, comfort and peace. Features include fiber-optic internet, plush beds, air conditioning, office spaPura Vista is a beautiful, custom designed home perched atop a 2 acre estate. From the covered front patio that runs the length of the of the house, guests can enjoy 250 degree views of Lake Arenal, the majestic Arenal volcano, Monteverde and the rainforest covered valley.

This 3,000 square foot, "luxury rustic" home has cathedral ceilings overlaid with local hardwood tongue-and-groove and large windows for nature viewing. Families and friends can enjoy time together in the spacious great room, consisting of a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, a living area complete with leather recliners, a 55" 4K Smart TV with Klipsch speaker system, and fiber-optic internet with UPS backup.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The master suite has a queen sized Sealy Hybrid mattress, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and adjacent study/office.

The second bedroom also has a queen sized Sealy Hybrid mattress and air conditioning. There is a second full bath with a shower/tub combo.

The third bedroom is upstairs in a converted loft space, with a queen Sealy Posturepedic mattress and air conditioning. This room has been very popular with kids (but you might hear them above you, depending on your kids *wink*). Air mattress also available for this room.

A beautiful home centrally located between Fortuna and Monte Verde.

From our first questions before booking the home till our departure, the host Brad was very responsive to all of our needs. Suggestions for restaurants and things and places to see were spot on. Although it rained a fair amount of the time we’re up in Arenal, Brads home made our stay very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this home.

Great House Great Owner

This is a very nice house close enough to do all you want around Lake Arenal, but far enough away for privacy. The front porch has a great view of the lake and mountains. The house and property are beautiful. The owner knows all the great spots to eat and can put you in touch with good guides. The house is easy to get to from LIR and easy to find. The owner will meet you to show you around. I highly recommend this place and I plan on coming back.
