About Wayne Walker
We Founded an All Natural food manufacturing company producing Healthy products for Supermarkets through out the US. We love to travel, and have visited many Caribbean Islands, always with our eyes open for someday having a place there to call home. We came to St Kitts for the first time in the mid 90's for an inexpensive Golf getaway. While exploring the Island, we came across lots for sale, with truly Stunning Views. We fell in love with the Island, and the people, had our choice of a lot with one of those Stunning views of Nevis, built our Villa, and have been enjoying Paradise ever since! We'd love to share Paradise with you.
Wayne Walker purchased this Villa in 1998

Spacious property, super location., terrific views.
The house, nor the owner and property manager did not disappoint! The house was perfectly appointed with everything needed to make this a great vacation for three couples.
The owner and property manager went well above and beyond to insure that we had the perfect vacation. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to the island.
Loved everything! Best view on the island!
Wayne communicated quickly and was so easy to work with. The house is great, perfect for at least 8 people. But the view is the BEST part! It is the best view on the island. We had SO much fun and such a great experience with the house that we will definitely be back!!
Great week with family and friends in St Kitts
This house is great for a family and/or group of friends to relax and enjoy the south end of St Kitts and great views from the patio / pool of Nevis. The grounds and the house are very well maintained and appreciated all of the landscaping and palm trees in the yard. Only drawbacks on the location was the short, rocky dirt road to the Turtle beach development (concrete roads once close to the house) and very steep drive up to the house which could make entry / exit to the driveway difficult of multiple cars parked.. Also Turtle Beach was not usable for us as there was lots of seaweed, but that was common for most beaches we saw on the east / Atlantic side of the island. We did have some plumbing issues / water leaks at the house, but Wayne and his property manager were on top of the repairs and made the best of the situation. The house is located near many great restaurants and beach bars which we enjoyed visiting during our weeks stay, especially Reggae beach bar and Shipwreck. The Cabana Rental at Reggae beach bar was perfect for my wife's birthday on the beach and the Spice Mill was a great upscale dinner after. Would recommend this house to any of my friends and hope to return soon!
Vacation of a Lifetime
As soon as we walked into Namaste we knew we were in for the most amazing family vacation ever. If possible, Namaste is more beautiful than the online pictures. The views of the water and the island of Nevis are breathtaking. We woke early each morning and enjoyed breakfast and coffee while admiring the views and the sounds of the waves and the bleating goats. We knew it was a little slice of heaven when we saw a double rainbow early in the morning after a light rain. The house is well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The beds are comfortable, showers amazing and the house is warm and inviting. Turtle Beach is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy serenity and nature and yet be connected to beaches and restaurants. Reggae Beach is an easy walk via Turtle Beach or the goat path where we spent a couple days swimming/snorkling and enjoyed lunch. The beach in front of Salt Mill Restaurant is walkable and beautiful giving you a different view of Nevis. In addition, we loved exploring the island and other beaches including Frigate Beach, Brimstone Fortress, Caribelle Boutique and Porte Zante. We ate at many amazing restaurants and enjoyed family meals at the Villa out on the deck. There was so much to do that one week just isn't enough. After a busy day adventuring, we couldn't wait to get back to the Villa where our four teenage/adult children enjoyed the infinity pool. If that isn't enough, one of the best times of the day in addition to waiting for the sun to rise is sitting on the deck and watching the lights go on at Nevis. Admiring the stars late at night and the serenity wrapped up each beautiful day. Wayne and Annie were available to answer any question we had and put our mind at ease about vacationing at a new destination. Duane was kind and welcoming. He was there to meet us at the house, show us around and answer any question we had during the week. We cannot say enough about the owners, manager, villa and island. We look forward to our return trip to Namaste.
Thank you Wayne and Annie for sharing your beautiful home with us.
We’ve have stayed here twice and will definitely be back!
This was a perfect place for my families celebrations. The view is to die for and the outdoor showers are heaven. We would not hesitate to recommend this to others and in fact already have a family friend looking into it!
Thank you for the kind words Tracy - We were flattered to have you and your family return to our home for your special Family Celebrations.
Wishing you all the Best

Perfect Location at the end of the gorgeous, narrow, mountainous, SE Peninsula. We sit just above and a short walk to Turtle Beach. Snorkeling , windsurfing, and Kite Surfing, are fabulous. It's a short drive or a 15 minute walk down Turtle Beach and across the sand dunes to Cockelshell Beach where you'll find Reggae Beach Bar & Grill, Lion's Head Bar & Grill, and Spice Mill Restaurant and Beach Bar. Here you have many options for casual fresh fish sandwich, local fare, pizza or gourmet delights.
A 2 mile drive gets you to the Ferry at Majors Bay that takes you [or you and your car] to Nevis where you can explore the Island, climb a mountain, rent Bikes, Tour the old Sugar Plantations, or enjoy a famous grilled Lobster Lunch at "Sunshines" on PInney's Beach ...go easy on the "Killer Bees" cocktail!
