This is a comfortable and well equipped apartment in a quiet area. The host was very friendly and his communication good. We enjoyed our stay.However, the description and map on the Vrbo site were (and remain) inaccurate. We chose the apartment because it was shown and described as being a 20 minute walk from the centre of La Rochelle. In fact it is in the village of Nieul-sur-Mer, which is a 20 minute drive from the centre. This is a nice village, with a great patisserie and a lovely bistro restaurant (Maison Madlin), but it is not a 20 minute walk to the centre of La Rochelle.

Petite maison idéalement située près de La Rochelle, au calme. Logement fonctionnel. Idéal pour un couple. Frédéric est un hôte très agréable et discret qui a su nous conseiller sur la région ! Je recommande vivement !

Séjour agréable à Nieul sur Mer

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cette petite maison de la région charentaise . Elle est très bien équipée , proche de La Rochelle et de l'Ile de Ré . Elle est confortable et le propriétaire discret et très sympathique . Merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue . Nous conseillons vivement cette location située dans un endroit calme .

Tout était parfait

Hôte accueillant, le logement est propre, clair et bien équipé. Pas de vis à vis, le quartier est calme et verdoyant. Proche de la mer et des visites sur La Rochelle et les îles. On recommande cette location sans hésiter.

Emplacement idéal, quartier calme

Très bon accueil des notre arrivée beaucoup d'explications de notre hôte pour nous aidez à organisez notre sejour donc séjour réussi et très agréable. On reviendra certainement.

Comfortabel, rustig gelegen huisje

Comfortabel huisje, voldoende benodigdheden (keukengerei, vaatwastabletten, wasrek, babybedje, ...). Zeer gezellig terras, waar je rustig zonder inkijk kan zitten. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Praktisch ingericht wat een voldoende ruim gevoel geeft in het huisje. Rolluiken zorgden voor voldoende verkoeling tijdens warme dagen. Buiten het terras en autostaanplaats wel nog maar weinig tuin over. De zetel in de living zou eventueel wel eens vervangen mogen worden want bood een zeer beperkt zitcomfort. Gelegen in een klein rustig dorpje (niet in La Rochelle zelf), maar wel goede uitvalsbasis om La Rochelle, Île de Ré enzo te bezoeken. Wij hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad, prijs kwaliteit zeker in orde!
