Quietly, come and have a wonderful stay in Alsace, in the heart of the vineyard, in this beautiful and large 18th century winegrower's house of over 190m².
Cottage completely renovated in 2018, in the heart of the village of Pfaffenheim, at the foot of Notre Dame de Schauenberg.

Our cottage, which can accommodate up to 10 people and a baby has all the comfort you would expect:

On the ground floor:
Fully equipped kitchen; a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, a hood, a microwave and oven combination, a fridge-freezer, a Senséo coffee machine and a filter coffee maker, a kettle, etc.

1 bathroom with large walk-in shower and large double vanity unit
(bathroom linen not included / not supplied)
1 separate WC
1 living / dining room with a wood stove (wood available), flat screen TV
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) - bed linen provided

You will appreciate the small private interior courtyard with its garden furniture to spend convivial moments.
A large cellar is also available to you in which you can store your bikes / motorcycles / etc ... if necessary with a washing machine available.

Cute nicely renovated house in town

We enjoyed our stay in a nicely renovated house. We had everything we needed. It is in the middle of a small French village. We were close to many different places we wanted to visit. Owners were friendly and helpful!

Sleeping rooms hot, no airco in rooms. The Outside area is small, no outside view. Be aware of very strict endcleaning rules.

Wonderful base for exploring Alsace wine country

This is a charming little house with old bones and modern comforts (plumbing, windows, cooktop). You can hear the village church bells and the swifts that nest in the eaves. The hosts are lovely people who gave good advice on the local area. Bear in mind that almost everything is closed on Sundays and business hours are more limited than you may be used to. We took a bike tour of several nearby villages that will be a treasured memory. Would love to return at harvest time (we visited in midsummer).

Wunderbarer Herbsturlaub

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist für eine größere Familie sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt mitten in einem kleinen Dorf, von dem aus man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten des Elsass gut erreichen kann.

Un logement propre, accueillant, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et qui est très bien pensé et aménagé. Des propriétaires très sympathiques, à l'écoute et qui se sont rendus disponibles. Super schönes Wochenende

Unser Familienwochenende mit 10 Personen haben wir in der super gemütlichen Unterkunft seeeehr genossen. Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet und die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Die Wärme des Kaminfeuers haben wir ebenfalls zu schätzen gewusst. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und herzlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat ebenfalls erstklassig geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Tolle Kommunikation, schon renoviertes Weinberghaus. Es wirkt zwar auf den Fotos etwas größer als in der Realität, aber wir haben uns trotzdem mit 10 Personen sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben wunderschöne Wanderungen in der Umgebung unternommen. Wir kommen wieder!

Il y a de l’espace et de quoi faire. Mais le vieil alsacien que je suis trouve étrange une hote métallique, la tradition est le bois, le plastique apparaissant dans les années soixante. Le système d’accueil prévu à l’origine n’est pas respecté, les propriétaires brillent par leur absence …au bénéfice d’ un code d’accès ,procédure précise…au dernier moment. C’ est hélas une pratique actuellement trop courante: on veut le beurre et l’ argent du beurre plus… Votre découpage par tranche d’age est trop sommaire et ne peut donc pas dire grand chose…. Les frais supplémentaires sont énormes et correspondent à quoi? 85€ pour le ménage. c’est exhorbitant, cela correspond à un tarif de cadre si on estime qu’il faut en gros deux heures

Ausflug ins Elsass

Valérie und Patrice sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir waren mit 10 Männern zu einem Ausflug zum Hartmannswillerkopf und Colmar, in Pfaffenheim untergebracht. Bereits im Vorfeld halfen Sie mir mit Tipps zu Restaurants. Die Bilder entsprechen genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Super ist auch, dass ca. 3 Km entfernt, in Rouffach, ein Supermarkt ist und im Dorf ein Bäcker. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Localisation parfaite

Maison alsacienne en parfait état et très bien localisée pour visiter le vignoble alsacien et Colmar. Nombre important de couchages avec pièce commune pour 6 d'entre eux. 1 seule salle de douche et 1 seul WC (indépendant) : il faut bien s'organiser pour éviter les embouteillages !!! Environnement très calme et possibilité de parking à proximité de la maison. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

Une agréable maison de vacances

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ! La maison est spacieuse, les ados ont adoré l étage qui leur était dédié 😁 et la wifi qui fonctionne très bien. Nous avons apprécié la propreté, la disponibilité des propriétaires et c était super d avoir les lits prêts ! Un village alsacien avec une boulangerie proche de la maison et des vignes pour se promener, idéal pour déconnecter.

Séjour agréable

Maison très bien située pour les visites des marchés de Noël, dans un village très calme et en plein sur la route des vins. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. L'annonce est conforme à la maison et aux prestations énoncées. Valérie et Patrice ont été très disponibles en amont et durant le séjour.
