This condo at Sunset Cove is a 2 BR, 2 bath (showers only) on the ground floor (King, Queen and Twin). Sleeps up to 5 persons. | Location, Location, Location!! Sunset Cove is located on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach less than one mile from the restaurants and duty-free shops in George Town. This Cayman Condos professionally-managed Oceanview unit offers a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, cable TV, DVD, central a/c, ceiling fans, hairdryers, safe, washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi and private patio. Sunset Cove is a *2018 & 2019 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence* property! | | Property amenities include the largest swimming pool on Seven Mile Beach with a swim-up snack and cocktail pool bar, a whirlpool, and a separate shallow wading pool for small children. There is a sandy beach with a protected swimming cove as well as a snorkel reef just outside the cove to enjoy. This Seven Mile Beach property location is convenient to all the action. Great unit in a excellent community

The unit is new with fresh furnishings and a well appointmented kitchen. Great light for a lower unit easy access to pool and sandy Beach. The cove was great the beach has sand unlike many of the other oceanfronts in this part of seven mile. We also stayed at Regal Beach club, id pick the cove between the two Friendly neighbors easy access to most activities. Fun place to snorkel.

Island life is good!

The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick meals. The decor was very cute. We loved the turtle pictures The condo was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed being on the first floor with easy access to the pool and beach. Plenty of room to unpack our belongings in the dressers and plenty of hangers in the closet. The water in the ocean is gorgeous! Great snorkeling at this beach and many others. The Lazy Lizard pool bar had fantastic food! Super impressed! So easy and convenient to grab a meal or drink and fun atmosphere. All restaurants we dined at were very good but food was pricey. And a few suggestions….We would have appreciated a cooler or small ice chest to use when going to the beach. Also the pillows in the main bedroom were very uncomfortable. I would suggest replacing them! There was no local channels avail to watch on tv and we could not log into Netflix because there was an account already. We would have liked to watch tv together during the rainy hours. I suggest a stick vacuum to keep in the unit. As much as we tried to not bring sand in, it was inevitable. There was a broom but didn’t help much with the sand. Housekeeping did not come mid week for a quick clean like stated in our contract. Even though this property is on the 7 mile beach, you cannot walk along the beach past the property line due to rocks. That was a bit misleading. I thought we would be able to walk the beach a long way.

You feel right at home in this condo. It had plenty of amenities. The unit is perfect for a family or a few friends. I would highly recommend. The beds were extremely comfortable along with the couches. Everything is basically new. We did hear the TV above us though in the master bedroom at night and also there is a fan that is a bit loud in the unit coming from the air conditioning. We were able to walk into town and also to many of the restaurants on 7 Mile Beach. The only disappointment was there was not much in the way of snorkeling gear. We just loved the private beach right outside the unit!!! Plus we loved that we were secluded from the cruise ships!!! Just paradise!!!

Lovely first floor condo

The unit was beautifully renovated. It was a great location on the property. The beach and cove great with access to great snorkeling. Walking distance to restaurants. Cons: dryer vent was completely clogged. The maid service should check it. The bed pillows in the second bedroom were terrible. I recommend supplying a few more staples in the kitchen such as spices and coffee filters, cooler for the beach

Week in Paradise

Our extended family of 7 had a great week stay. It was so nice to have a ground floor condo that walked out to a great patio and beach safe enough for the little children in our group and yet had the best snorkeling for the adults and oldest child. Groceries and other stores within walking distance was a plus. A beautiful quiet retreat that we hated to leave. We hope to return.
