Location, location, location! Steps from Seven Mile Beach with stunning Caribbean Sea vistas. There are thousands of hotel rooms and condos but this condo on Seven Mile Beach is one of a kind. This is a perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for the discerning guests who want the luxury of a spacious and fully renovated condo for their family or for vacationing with another couple. Free parking. Walk to restaurants.

Are you paying for a room with a garden view or view of the parking lot? Switch to this condo with the views you deserve on vacation. Views of the white sandy beach, beautiful Caribbean Sea, waterfall in the swimming pool, hot tub.
Barefoot beach days: wide sandy beach with umbrellas and loungers - perfect for snorkelers exploring in and out of the cove at the reef. Watch spectacular sunsets from our balcony.

It’s centrally located within the complex and within walking distance (1.2 mi) to Georgetown and (1 mi) Camana Bay for great dining and shopping. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk, there are lots of fabulous restaurants along West Bay Road.

When you walk into this fully renovated condo, you will see the Caribbean Sea and swimming pools. Owners fell in love with this second floor ocean view, poolside condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. No elevator.

Steps away from swimming pool with waterfall, kiddie pool, hot tub. In fact, you can sit on the balcony and talk with your family members while they are in the pool or hot tub.

The two bathrooms have been renovated with a new Kohler bathtub and larger sized walk-in shower. Quartz countertop with double sinks and a custom-built vanity. Master bedroom floor has been replaced and a pocket door separating the bedroom from the bathroom.

Kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances (fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher and granite counter tops), blender, a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker. Full size washer and dryer in the condo.

Large dining room and living room. High end furniture, and oh so comfortable mattresses on the king, queen, and twin beds. Two flat screen tvs, smart speakers, Blu ray/DVD player, and fiber optic Wi-Fi.

Compare the total rental cost with the hotel's total costs as they charge a daily resort fee as well as a service fee. 50% of the condos owners/renters are expats who work on the island. When they are at work, you get to enjoy the pool and beach. You won't need to reserve loungers and umbrellas at 6 a.m.

Note: The adjacent hotel structure will be a building site in late summer or early fall 2026 for a new Hyatt Centric Hotel. Our beach, swimming pool, hot tub and swim up bar will be open to our guests at Sunset Cove.

Easy checkout! Turn thermostat up to 78, Leave door open to the safe, and hang the front door key back up on the wall.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Leather chairs and sofas get damaged by wet clothes and sun screen. Please place a dry towel before sitting on furniture. No parties in the condo.
Please do not take the glasses and other utensils to another condo. Per Strata's rules, do not hang towels or clothing on the balcony railings.

My family of four had a great visit to Grand Cayman at Sunset Cove. Although it was spring break and I assume the condos were all full, we never felt that the pool or beach were crowded. The private beach was awesome. We loved the location in that it was easy to get to stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and out to our excursions. The condo was very clean comfortable. I loved sitting on the porch for coffee or dinner, with the ocean view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove Resort! We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and had no issues in accessing entry into our unit for our 5 night stay. The condo was very clean and extremely accommodating, with all of necessary supplies, including pool floats, snorkeling gear and beach/pool towels. The amenities of of the resort is extremely nice, especially the spacious pool, bar, restaurant and beach area. We spent a considerable amount of time at the designated beach area and private cove. This cove was a great snorkeling area where we saw lots of fish in and around the rock groins around the cove. The location of the condo is centrally located on Seven mile beach, with several nice restaurants within walking distance and Camana Bay shopping area is only a short taxi ride away. We also greatly appreciated the owners of the condo, as they were very friendly, quick to respond to questions, provided very detailed instructions on the condo and guidelines for exploring the island. This information was very helpful! We enjoyed our stay immensely and we plan to return in the near future, with the intentions to stay here.

We enjoyed our time in this condo. It is a place where there is not a lot of tourist. It felt like it was a small community. With that being said, if you are looking to be catered to every moment of the day, this may not be the place for you. The adjacent buildings,”Old treasure island”is an abandoned building and looks a mess, which scared us at first. The good thing is, it looks as if the contractor is about to get started demolishing it and getting ready to rebuild. Communication with homeowner was amazing. They are very informative before and during our stay. We ate out every night, and there are not any 3-5 star restaurants in walking distance (.3-.5miles), Most of the restaurants close by are, bar like, atmospheres. Peppers was our favorite within walking distance. We took taxis to all the other restaurants (15-25 US dollars) each way. Casa Nova was by far out favorite restaurant. We took the public bus to Foster’s, the grocery store. It’s only 2.25 per person. We liked the Camana Bay Area where the shops and restaurants were. It was very clean and had new retail. The condo was very clean and supplied with just about everything that could be thought of. Everything is labeled and well organized. It’s not oceanfront, but has a great view of the ocean and pool area. Privacy on the back porch is limited, if there is a lot of morning activity. The beach area was not over crowded and no problems finding umbrellas. Couldn’t walk down the beach because the sand is too soft.

This property is in a great location, with all amenities nearby. The swim up bar is a fun touch. We will hopefully return for a longer stay. The hosts did a very nice job of making this unit more of a home than a hotel.

You cannot go wrong with this beautiful condo in the best location on 7 mile beach. I wish we would’ve found this place 20 years ago when our kids were younger. The owners are so thoughtful & very considerate with information. We spent 4 days with our friends and had the best time.

Fell in love with the fine white sandy beach, cove, and swimming pools at Sunset Cove. It offers a resort feel. Condo provides a family or two couples with the luxury a spacious condo. You will be treated by the comfort of a full kitchen, 2 renovated bathrooms and lovely furnishings. Great to be comfortable in home while away from home!

What makes this property unique

Snorkeling in the cove and beyond just steps away from the condo makes it fun. Swimming with schools of fish, lobster is part of everyday adventures in the cove. Toddlers can build sandcastles and swim either in toddler pool or in the ocean where the waves are kept to a minimum by the resort cove even on a rare windy day.
