About this property

Beach Condo with Sunset Views

This renovated top floor unit offers stunning views of both the Caribbean Sea from your substantial private balcony and the pool area from the balcony or the side window. This unit has been professionally finished with luxury and elegance, including therapeutic walk-in shower, high end appliances and zoned air conditioning.

The modern kitchen has stone counters, wood cabinetry, professional series Frigidaire kitchen appliances. Includes induction stove, french door refrigerator with water filter and ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig, and drip coffee machines, toaster, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

We provide towels, beach towels, extra pillows and linens, shampoo and soap.

The unit has been decked out with a great entertainment system including a 65" flat screen television, fiber optic cable / internet circuit with HD and premium channels and Wi-Fi coverage. There is a 55" smart TV in the main bedroom and a 32" smart TV in the guest room.

The condo is located at the exquisite Sunset Cove resort style condo complex on the world famous Seven Mile beach in Grand Cayman. We have large pool with swim up bar, on-site restaurant.

The resort offers many great amenities. The west facing beach area is great for watching the sun set over the ocean. The soft white sands lead you into the cove area where a man-made rock wall form a protective barrier allowing for gentler ocean swimming and snorkeling. For the adventurous types, swim beyond the cove area to discover a natural coral reef for your snorkeling pleasure.

After your ocean dip, why not chill out in the large pool with a swim up bar to the on-site "Lazy Lizard" restaurant. The large pool also has a mini lazy river, a waterfall, a shallow "kiddie pool" area for families with young children and a hot tub.

Other on site-facilities include a BBQ area, plenty of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas.

Whilst vacationing in Cayman, I will be more than happy to help you in any way we can. I am local here so know all the best spots and activities to check out to make your stay more enjoyable.

Our place is ideally located on Seven Mile beach which is the hub for entertainment, restaurants and activities in Grand Cayman. We are situated within walking distance to Camana Bay, Georgetown, the top restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators and several dive shops nearby and of course the beach.

If you choose to venture out further, you can either rent a car or have a taxi pick you up at the doorstep. Alternatively there is public transportation on our road, West Bay road that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip. If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will have door to door transportation.

The condo uses a key-less entry system so you don't need to worry about carrying keys around. It will be programmed with your unique code for during your stay.

There is also security guards on premises and CCTV.

The couch fit our family of five so comfortably after post dinner swims. The balcony view was perfect for early morning coffees. Having in room laundry water accessories, shampoo/conditioner available for use made packing and travelling extra easy. This is a fantastic property. The condo is very well equipped and large enough for our family of five to not be on top of each other. Bill provides a ton of outdoor toys for the beach and pool. The property is amazing the snorkeling outside the lagoon is great and the pool with the bar/restaurant is outstanding. We walked to dinner every night and loved XQs the most! We also dive with Living the Dream (outstanding) and did the stingray tour with captain marvin (also great). Highly recommend this condo.

Why they chose this property

I really enjoyed the amazing view this unit offered and saw allot of potential for upgrades and renovations. This is one of the best positioned units in the complex, it offers high ceilings, ocean and pool views. It has now been fully renovated to the highest standards and it turned out amazing. The building it very well built with thick cement walls between each of the rooms and neighboring units. Not only will you not hear your neighbors but you can be watching television in one room without disturbing someone sleeping in the other.

What makes this property unique

This very well posited unit in the complex has both amazing beach / ocean views and great views of the pool and BBQ areas. The complex has the largest pool on seven mile beach and has a great on-site restaurant with swim up bar stools in the water.
