The 120 m² house has three bedrooms with a total of four beds - one double bed and three single beds - and two comfortable bathrooms with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and all necessary kitchen equipment.



The equipment includes Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, safe and iron. The outdoor area offers a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, perfect for relaxed meals and relaxing. A charcoal grill can be provided for an additional charge. The Morro Golf complex with 10 holiday homes offers a communal pool with sun terrace and outdoor shower, the communal pool is heated during the winter months (15.12 - 15.03) (22ºC - 24ºC). Particularly attractive is the proximity to the Salobre Golf course, only 500 metres away.



The location is ideal: Only 2 kilometres from restaurants, 3 kilometres from the supermarket and 10 kilometres from the sandy beach. The airport is approximately 37 kilometres away. Pets up to 25kg can be brought upon request for a fee.
