Really beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with fabulous terrace, air-conditioning, swimming pool (not heated), and large sumptuous living room. 5-10 minute walk to the centre with shops, dining, cafés, etc. Train and bus station 10 min. Please note that this property does not accept children under 13years.



The Space:

Beautifully decorated to a high standard with quality furnishings in private condominium. This beautiful air conditioned apartment comprises of two bedrooms en suite, a large living room, a dining area, spacious kitchen and an extensive terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen with hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Kitchen well equipped if entertaining is needed.

Spacious living room seats 4 and offers large flat screen television. Dining seats up to 4 and is perfect for entertaining

Iron & ironing board, hair dryer, broadband wi-fi internet, cable TV



Guest Access:

We offer a free meet and greet at the property until 8 pm.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is situated in the centre of Cascais. Just 5-10 minute walk to the very the heart of town, for loads of shops, dining, and cafés. There is a wonderful bakery and several tascas within a minute or two, and a grocery within 5 minutes. The beach is a 10 minute walk, and the train and bus stations (to go to Lisbon or Sintra) are also 10 minutes.



Getting Around:

You do not need a car in this location - though there is an allocated parking space. Once you are at the apartment, you can walk or take a quick taxi all around Cascais!

Pre-Arrival Form

All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay.



Tourist Tax

A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date.

The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt.

You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law.



Accommodation Details

All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide:

- All beds made with fresh linen and towels

- Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days)

- If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked.



Additional Services

- Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance.



House Rules

- No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise.

- Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time.

- No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency.

- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.

Early Check-in:

Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. The price varies depending on the hour of check-in.

- From 20:00 to 23:00 – €30.00
