The Mas is located at the entrance of the village of St Rémy de Provence, in a quiet area in the Jardins district.
Ideally located at the foot of the Alpilles in a very calm environment.
The Mas has 300 m² of living space, a magnificent terrace in the shade of the century-old plane trees.
The kitchen has 3 refrigerators including one American and is very well equipped.
Large fully fenced lot with heated pool maintained at 28 degrees. The pool is fully secure, it measures 10m x 5.5m; a pétanque court!
5 double bedrooms all air conditioned and very nice bathrooms.
A private cinema with a giant screen and 20 real cinema seats!
A guest house with pool view (bedroom and bathroom)

It was a beautiful property with all the amenities. It was close to downtown and could be reached by walking or a short drive. Pool was amazing as we were there in a heat wave.

Amazing stay in St. Remy

This is the perfect place for a large group. It's an old villa but totally modernized. The bathrooms and kitchen are totally new and the grounds are wonderful to relax in.The property managers are amazing and lives right next door. They came over immediately when we had questions.The kitchen has everything including spices and oils, etc. so we were able to do real cooking.The house is so peaceful and beautiful. A real joy to stay in.If you want to walk into town, you cross the road and follow the canal path into town. A long walk but totally worth it.

Gorgeous house and grounds.

The house is very beautiful and very spacious. Lovely big kitchen and sitting area. Huge outdoor dining table. Very nice pool and pretty gardens. Location is a little further out of St. Remy than we thought but we still walked home comfortably - about half an hour walk. It seems Wi-Fi is generally a challenge in this area, so, if you have work to do, we recommend using the Wi-Fi at O’Varieties Pub in St. Remy. This is a beautiful home in a beautiful area. Lots to do - including visiting St. Remy, the vineyards just north of Avignon, Egalyieres, lavender fields, Gorde and so much more. Would definitely recommend.

A Delightful Mas in St-Remy-de-Provence

We booked this house in Saint Remy de Provence for a week at the end of June 2023. The hosts Veronique and Jean were welcoming, informative, and ever helpful. The house is spacious and attractive, a totally renovated classic Mas. We were a group of eight (five adults, three teens), two of the teens occupied the "pool house" while the adults and younger teen stayed in the main house. Both settings were excellent. The swimming pool was a focus for the teens, and we all enjoyed alfresco dining most evenings on the lovely grounds. Food shopping was an easy five minute drive. The town of Saint Remy is totally charming with abundant opportunities for shopping, dining, and meandering. We highly recommend this rental. Rating 5/5

Excellent Home in St. Remy, Provence

St. Remy is a beautiful town. It is conveniently located within an hour drive to many prime Provence locations for sightseeing, restaurants, and hiking. The town itself is wonderful (less well publicized recommendations are the Weds morning market, hiking in hills south of town, and Van Gough's asylum). This house is just outside of town in a beautiful, quiet rural area. It is a 35-minute walk and 10-minute drive to the center of town. The house is just as advertised on the VRBO site. There were 10 of us: two families, two generations. The grounds were beautifully kept. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the patio just outside of the kitchen gazing at the trees bending in the Mistral wind.Family members used the pool and deck, kitchen, living room. We did not use the in-house cinema. The kitchen was well provisioned with plates, utensils, glasses, etc. Guests should know to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as there is an initial supply, but no refills. The rooms were comfortable. There were no complaints regarding air conditioning. Washer and dryer for clothes were convenient.Communications with our hosts and the house manager were excellent. Dominique was very responsive (faster to respond than I was). John-Guy met us when we arrived and walked around the house and was available for questions whenever needed. He was very gracious.One of our highlights was a chef-prepared dinner for 10. Dominique gladly arranged it for us.

La piece a vivre: cuisine / salle a manger / terrasse permets a tous de communiquer, rester ensemble sans se gener grace aux espaces. Nous avons beaucoup cuicine. Je n’ai jamais vu une cuisine aussi bien equipee. Tout y est! Du Nesspresso au batteur electrique. Pour les enfants, des bureaux en bois tout comme autrefois dans tous les coins. Des jeux des livres pour tous. A l’etage, de l’espace, de grandes pieces et du rangement pour ne plus y penser. This house is full of charm, relaxing and extremely functional. All in stone it gives a sense of stability. The living room: kitchen / dining room / terrace allow all to communicate, stay together without overlaping. I have never seen a kitchen as well equipped. Everything is there! From Nesspresso to electric mixer. For children, wooden desks just like once in every corner. Games & books for all ages. Upstairs, space, large rooms and storage to forget about it. Enjoy your stay!

This property will not disappoint!!

As soon as you drive through the gates you will be overwhelmed with the history and Beauty of the property! It had everything we needed and more! The pool was used daily and was wonderful to have for all of us to cool down! The kids were beside themselves with the luxury of having our own movie room! The house was wonderful and provided many hours of relaxation! St Remy was one of the most beautiful villages we visited and we were so happy we made the decision to rent your house! We are now back in Canada but we have many great memories of St Remy! Thank you for all your help Veronque!

Das von den Vermietern liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll restaurierte Mas ist dafür der ideale Ort. Schon die Fotos im Internet hatten uns begeistert, die Realität toppte unsere Erwartungen. Große, sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, stilvoll ausgestattete Zimmer, der große Pool eingerahmt von der wunderschönen Natursteinmauer, das Kino mit der besonderen Atmospäre bieten allen gewünschten Komfort, der noch ergänzt wird durch den goßzügigen Raum, den man sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten hat. Abgesehen von diesen Annehmlichkeiten hat uns besonders gut der unkomplizierte Umgang mit den Vermietern gefallen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich persönlich begrüßt. Unsere anfängliche Skepsis angesichts der direkten Nachbarschaft zu Familie Déraspe war vollkommen unbegründet. Im Gegenteil, freundlichere und hilfsbereitere Vermieter haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt. Neben dem Infomaterial im Haus zu unserer näheren Umgebung haben wir etliche gute Tipps von Véronique und Jean-Guy erhalten. Fazit: Wir hatten zwei unvergessliche Wochen in wunderbarem Ambiente!!!!

Le mas est à l'image que ...

Le mas est à l'image que l'on s'en fait: spacieux, chaleureux, très propre, idéalement située (proche de toutes commodités) et au calme. Il propose tout l'équipement nécéssaire attendu et même plus.. Le cinéma est bluffant!!! Et la piscine aussi... La maison est très agréable à vivre. Beaucoup d'espace et de caché, une grande cuisine très fonctionnelle, de grandes chambres, de belles salles de bain, de beaux matériaux, un cadre verdoyant, parfaitement sécurisé et les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et vraiment très accueillants. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien. Amoureux de la provence, de la pierre et des belles bâtisses, vous serez comblés. En famille comme entre amis, cette location est idéalement située pour profiter de la région et du cadre alentour, très reposant et tout à fait adaptée à sa capacité d'accueil. Un véritable hâvre de paix. Globalement, un séjour idyllique.
