Close to Portree centre with restaurants and shops, this beautiful cottage has extensive sea views from its first floor lounge.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet

First Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: TV, CD Player

Dining area.

Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Electric storage heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Overlooking the entrance to the harbour this cottage style property is one of three in a beautifully restored 19th century listed mill conversion. Offering magnificent views over the sea to the Isle of Raasay, the accommodation has been lovingly refurbished and is designed to provide all you will need for a comfortable holiday in this beautiful isle. Superbly positioned to enjoy the abundance that Skye has to offer, yet within a 5 minute walk is the centre of Portree with shops, fine restaurants, pubs and amenities. Shops and pubs 500 yards.

Cornucopia is in an excellent location on the edge of Portree, with great views, within a 10 min walk into town. A 2bed semi-detached cottage, it is more suited to a family of four than 2 couples but it is warm, well furnished (dishwasher and washer/dryer) and very comfortable. Excellent 1 1/2 hr walk from the door around the scorrybreac peninsula with fantastic views. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A well equipped and maintained property. Parking is good and easily accessed. The view from the living area window was wonderful; much time spent looking across at Raasay, it's a view that we wouldn't tire of. The weather was mixed and we did what we wanted to. Would have been good if the Caretaker/Manager details had been up to date on the print out I received. Cornucopia is a lovely cottage in the ideal location, just a short walk from the amenities in Portree. The cottage is well equipped and quite spacious, the additional mezzanine is great if you’re a group of four. Despite the high ceiling in the lounge the cottage is very cosy, and the heating panels are easy to control so the temperature can be maintained. The only negative is the shower, it is far too weak. If you have thick, longer hair you will struggle to rinse it clean, it was actually easier to run a bath. The cottage is split level, with stairs down to the bedrooms and bathroom and then stairs up to the living and kitchen space, also there is a bank up from the cottage to the main road, so it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We will definitely stay at Cornucopia again.

Clearly whoever owns this house cares alot about what they do as attention to detail is fantastic. One of the best properties we have ever stayed in! Cannot praise it highly enough
