Ample parking. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced lake in the garden, 50 yards away.. A great rural location. This spacious, semi-detached holiday property shares a wonderful 17-acre garden which leads down to a pond with resident swans. Visit attractions nearby, including Bridgemere Garden World, the Hack Green Secret Nuclear Bunker or Stoke-on-Trent with the famous potteries, and Alton Towers. The historic town of Nantwich is also close by. Golf 1 mile. For a great day out visit Monkey Forest, 11 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub 3/4 mile, restaurant 3 miles.

Lovely large property in lovely grounds.

Lovely break from the city in peaceful well maintained grounds. The property is very large and i suspect more accustomed to large gatherings, with lots of comfortable furnishings and a games room to entertain. A great time was had and the hoat was friendly and professional - many thanks, we all had a great stay.

We had a marvelous time at Buddileigh Farm. My granddaughter loved it there with the donkeys and rabbits and most of all with Carol, the owner who was so kind to her. Many thanks to both Carol and Andy, we hope to return soon.

DEADPOOL REUNION

The barn convertion was fantastic for a get together of old friends. Plenty room for everyone to relax and chill out. The games room was superb for our group. A proper pool table and darts board kept us all entertained, as well as the numerous channels on the large flatscreen TV. The location is rural and quiet but really easy to get to on motorway and good A roads. The barn is within extensive gardens with large pond and benefits from plenty parking. Some nice pubs and resturants within walking distance. Our host Carol is a really lovely lady, who was friendly and more that helpful when we arrived. We highly recommend you to stay here with friends and family. 5 Stars

Great getaway

We had 2 families staying in this home for a few days break post Christmas. The house was so cosy and warm even though it is so big and spacious inside. Us adults spent many happy hours chatting in the gorgeous farm style kitchen, around the big dining table. The children (4 boys) spent all their time playing endless games of snooker in the games room. This was an absolute highlight for them (and us adults) as it meant they had the best time and were able to be happily indoors during which was a very cold and windy week. The house is extremely spacious and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend. Due to he weather we only managed brief walks, but the gardens and outdoor space is gorgeous too.

Outstanding

We are a group of 5 ladies, late 50s who met at university and have a long weekend break together every year. This property and location surpassed our expectations in every respect. Carol, the lady who owns the property, is so kind and helpful and has created a very beautiful and high standard accommodation. I have no hesitation in recommending this property in all respects. We spend a very happy and chilled 3 days here.

What can I say, The owners were very friendly and accommodating, even when we got the check out time

What can I say, The owners were very friendly and accommodating, even when we got the check out time wrong! the "cottage" was spacious and very well set out with every appliance and home comfort you could think of. A games room was a pleasant surprise and was used a lot. Grounds were lovely and well kept and we were lucky with the weather for December although I don't think it would made a difference as we were cosy where we were. Definitely recommend for a relaxing break.

Very large cottage with the most beautiful gardens. So much room for the children to run around in. They loved the donkeys and ducks and the owners were very friendly ... let us pick whatever veg from their extensive patch. The children especially loved the games room - they plugged their wii in and were very happy to have space away from the adults. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of things to do nearby for the children - Waterworld, mini zoo, Poole cave, laser quest, soft play, cinema, monkey forest and lots of potteries. Shame weather wasn’t great so couldn’t eat outside much but apart from that it was a fab cottage that I’d recommend to large families or groups of friends.

A lovely property in beautiful grounds. The house was clean, comfortable and well kept. It’s walking distance from the village and easily accessible from the M6 so it’s easy to get to local attractions. We loved spending time in the garden watching the ducks and relaxing. A great place for a family get- together.

Beautiful property, so comfortable and very well equipped. Enjoyed games room but always concerned about the noise, especially having two young children playing pool for the first time, we had been asked by owners to be quiet due to lodger living in the same building and not to invade his space, not want you want to be told when paying for a weekend break. We would not return.

We had a lovely stay over the Easter holidays. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The cottage was extremely comfortable and spacious. We particularly loved the games room and spent most of our time there. I would imagine this would be a fabulous place to get your family together for Christmas. We would certainly return.

Beautiful!! 8 of us met up for some good quality family time & that’s just what we got! Aged 54 to just 3...something for everyone! Toys for toddlers, quiet space for reading, pool table for fun. Beautiful indoors & out. Didn’t venture far as the grounds provided plenty of entertainment & exercise (esp in cold Feb!) donkeys adorable! Lovely owners. Well equipped thru out. We also booked a mobile masseur for an extra treat... R&R massage that can be found on face book & highly recommended!! Overall I would love to return & recommend to all!!
